As usual, I read a lot of negative reviews and was very worried, but I needn't have. We arrived at 11:00 AM. We were allowed to use the bar and sent to lunch before check-in. After check-in, we had a standard room as per our tour, but they upgraded us to a superior room (202) at no extra charge. We brought our suitcases in, everything worked, and we were happy. … More ▾ As usual, I read a lot of negative reviews and was very worried, but I needn't have.
We arrived at 11:00 AM.
We were allowed to use the bar and sent to lunch before check-in.
After check-in, we had a standard room as per our tour, but they upgraded us to a superior room (202) at no extra charge.
We brought our suitcases in, everything worked, and we were happy.
There were no bedbugs or cockroaches in the room.
The mosquitoes didn't bother us.

Restaurant: whoever writes that everything is monotonous, tasteless, etc. THAT'S NOT true.
The food is delicious, there's always a choice of chicken, beef, and often fish.
The menu changes, but there are also the staples that are always available (vegetables, rolls, etc. )
The cooks do hand out some of the food, but if you need more than the servings, it's no problem; they always add as much as needed.

On the downside: we didn't have enough cups in the restaurant (we bought some as souvenirs and used them throughout our stay). Sometimes we had to wait for cutlery or plates to be brought, but the staff did everything quickly.
I don't think it's a big problem)))

A shuttle service to Palma Beach takes us to the beach.
If there's not enough room, the driver will come back to pick you up.
We had plenty of sun loungers, and if anyone couldn't find one, the beach guys helped and accommodated everyone.

Everything on the beach is a paid service for our hotel.

I enjoyed my vacation and want to come back again!

I do not recommend this hotel, because we arrived at this hotel at night (around 01:00). I do not recommend this hotel, because we arrived at this hotel at night (around 01:00). On the second day, we did not find another accommodation, so we decided to stay one more night. When we went to dinner, we were told that dinner was included only on the first day, and today we can only have dinner for an additional fee, while the bracelets were not changed for us.
The hotel staff are just trying to cash in, even in this situation.

Food is a separate kind of art, eating only eggs for breakfast for 10 days because there is simply nothing else, well, see for yourself, for lunch and dinner they put one small cutlet or a piece of chicken for you, etc. Yes, you can ask for more, but you don't, because it gives the impression that you are stealing.

So. Upon arrival, we were given a dirty room. Yes, the beds and towels are clean, but there is a layer of dust and dirt on the floors. The time was late, after 24.00, so we gave up on it and went to bed. In the morning they reported (or rather, asked to clean up the room) at the reception. After that, cleaning was carried out only three times in a row, and that's it!! ! And how is the cleaning... Change of bedding, towels (towels were changed only twice).
Why am I paying attention to this?
On January 1st there was a downpour with hail. Flooded all of Sharm el-Sheikh. Tivoli included. There was no electricity, no water. The water in the room was ankle deep. Realizing that this was a disaster, the guys from the hotel cleaned up the consequences of the disaster, we, like Belarusians, cleaned the room ourselves - because. for cleaning horseradish what they asked for, they decided to use towels for these purposes. 5 (!!! ) times I came up and reminded about it. Luckily we brought our own towels. Was used as a bucket. In view of the lack of water, do not go to the toilet, the water for flushing was taken from the pool in a large bottle. On January 2, having reminded us several times about cleaning, we left late at night for an excursion to Cairo. We returned at 5 am on the 4th. The number is not cleared!! ! At 9 am, I sat with the hotel manager with dirty towels and demanded to sort it out. On the same evening, we had a scheduled departure, we asked for an extension (yes, which extension, leave things in the room), as compensation for the lawlessness, to which we were told that we did not require (!!! ) cleaning. Pay extra $20 and go until 6!!!!
And the fact that they didn’t clean it, well, we’ll fine the cleaners! Service is cool!! ! Nutrition. There are no special questions for the kitchen. They didn't leave hungry. Just one moment. If I ask to put a piece of meat with a plate, then the cook will throw a small piece, and then you wait, ask to put more, and so on. Yes, dishes with broken edges, it didn’t really hurt me, some complained. When there was no electricity (January 1) there was a candlelit dinner))) In general, we tried.
Bar. All inclusive?!? ! Alcohol from 10 am to 10 pm. Beer only during lunch and dinner, in small plastic cups, you constantly come up, they pour you. Well, I won’t talk about its quality - it’s water (and it seems that they’re bottled, they close it with a cork, they dug it up and pour it in front of you, stupidly and stupidly). Next is the pool bar. You will find a petty bartender. Pour constantly had to beg. Badyazhat badyazhenny alcohol. This is trash!! ! Pours into plastic. With us, a tourist from Germany popped a tip, then she does it in glass. Beer at the bar - for a fee ($ 4 like).
Tea, coffee - only during breakfast, lunch and dinner - instant coffee and several times brewed tea. The rest of the time - to the bar for denyuzhku.

The day before, bottles of alcohol were sold in the dining room at "corresponding" prices. On January 31, a gala dinner was scheduled for 20.00.
Seating of guests according to the rooms from 19.00 to 20.00. When everyone was seated, they began to find out what would happen to the drinks (food in the form of a buffet was waiting on the street). So - drinks for a fee - whiskey 50 USD, local - 10 USD, cola - 7 USD. for a large bottle (quickly ended), 2 c. u. for 0.2. . . If you want with your alcohol - come on, brother, 15 c. u. and we'll let you in. . . Is that normal?!?!?!
This information became known only during dinner!!!
We were invited to the buffet at 20:00. I think you can imagine how all the hotel guests rushed for food...
Closer to 22.00 the tables were quickly removed. As they say, I didn’t have time - I was late. The program was good. It's true. The guys tried. Finish at 01:00. All dispersed.
Beach.
3 kilometers from the hotel. For several hotels - good. Transfer from the hotel - at 9.30. Back - at 13.30. Then at 14.30, back - at 17.00.
But! Walks either late or 10 minutes early. So if you want to go to the beach or come back, then come in 10 minutes - maybe you can sit down))
We scored, walked. There, by the way, the road is being repaired, and a kilometer to the hotel will have to go off-road. Judging by the speed of repair work, it will last a long time.

The sea is very far, 33 minutes at a fast pace. The bus takes you to the beach at 9.30 and picks up at 13.30. If you are white, you will have to take a taxi or walk. After lunch 14.30 bus to the beach and back at 16.30.
As for cleaning, they came every day, washed the floor, took away the garbage. The towels weren't changed.
