The hotel is connected by a system with the Tropicana Rosetta. Rosetta is unimportant. During our stay it was closed, everyone ate and lived in Jasmine.
Meals 5+++! Great for Egypt! And the choice, and insanely delicious!
Service 5+! You are greeted like a family, served with soul, attentive to everyone, remember who drinks what, how many people are sitting at the table.
Cleaning 4+. Everything depended on the change. But still they tried. At the request, bed linen was changed, towels were added, if 4 were not enough, they brought 6.
We walked to Viva beach, but the beach, alas, has deteriorated in recent years (((We began to go to Wind - great! Cozy, few people, wonderful love seat, which I have never seen anywhere...
Everything worked in the rooms, the bulb burned out - the housekeeper himself called an electrician and everything was fixed.
It makes no sense to buy an expensive hotel, but for 500-600 per person (from St. Petersburg) it is reasonable.
