Great vacation.

Travel time: 10 — 19 february 2010
Rested with her husband in Virginia in February 2010. we arrived in Egypt for the first time, there are not so many negative impressions, but to be honest, we are unlikely to go to this hotel next time.
In the lobby: All the same, the photographs do not show all the "beauty" and "elegance" of the interior)))) I immediately noticed that the ceiling in the lobby was covered in yellow streaks (before our arrival, heavy rains poured in Sharm), glass tables no one has wiped it for a long time, but all these are trifles))))
Reception and attendants: We were lucky, there was only one at the reception, a girl and not even just Russian-speaking, but Russian. ) The rest all speak either broken English or Arabic, well, with the exception of animators and representatives of a diving company and a spa . Otherwise, everyone is friendly and polite. In the morning, everyone will definitely greet you and smile, ask if everything is fine and wish you a good day.

Food: We lived in this hotel for ten days and during all these ten days, we were fed the same food!
For breakfast, there were ALWAYS fried sausages with cabbage, boiled eggs), a lot of vegetables (carrots, beets, tomatoes, lettuce leaves), they made scrambled eggs to order. Jams, yogurts and cereals! A lot of different pastries. All this is natural, which was not completely eaten carried over to the next day
For dinner there was meat, fish, seafood, I only remember squids in some kind of terrible breading, oh yes! There was also a bird !!! ))) The Arabs stubbornly insisted that it was chicken))) although my husband took a try and the bones were not let's just say large for a chicken)))) In general, in order not to die of hunger, you can eat, but... By the way, I saw running cockroaches a couple of times, also a sight, let's say, not a pleasant one ((((
Animators: Well done guys! We had fun and entertained the audience as best we could! It was fun and interesting to come to the evening show in the amphitheater!
At the end of our vacation in the hotel near the pool, they began to paint the floors, the stench was simply unbearable !!!
The hotel has a gift shop, a grocery store and a pharmacy.
We were given a double room, although for some reason the beds were separated (((They cleaned the room well, everything was clean, towels were changed every day, jars of creams and various cosmetics were neatly placed in the bathroom on a shelf every day, for a symbolic tip we were sculpted swans on the bed from blankets and towels)))) so there were no complaints in this regard.
There was a free safe in the room, they explained to us how to set the code and in it we kept money and a camera.

The most interesting thing is that we arrived there the day before my husband's birthday. And when this wonderful day came, we lay by the pool, met a diving instructor from the hotel, and in the conversation I mentioned that my husband had a birthday today. To which he answered me that this must be reported to the reception, because in the evening for dinner all the staff will gather in the restaurant and sing a congratulatory song for him, after which he will be given a birthday cake as a gift. We smiled sweetly and thanked him for his advice , but my husband dissuaded me and asked me not to advertise it. Literally thirty minutes after this conversation, I went up to the room, on the table there was already a congratulatory letter for my husband, which also said that in the evening a surprise awaited him in the restaurant))) ) A trifle, but nice. In the evening we came to the restaurant, ate safely and left, so to speak, not noticed)))) Of course, I was offended that since they themselves told us this in a letter, it was somehow ugly with their sides to forget about it. . . But. . . we were never remembered. . . Such a small birthday incident.
