We were going on vacation thoroughly, we set ourselves a number of tasks in choosing a hotel. Firstly, I wanted to relax not expensively, but for 15 days and all inclusive, so I had to sacrifice a lot. Secondly, I wanted the hotel to be close to entertainment centers. And, thirdly, they paid attention to reviews about the hotel, which is why, in fact, I decided to write it myself. We found this hotel. A voucher for 15 days, all inclusive, cost about 2.000 rubles per person! And we were satisfied with the rest, but everything is in order.

The flight was uneventful, met as expected and brought to the Sol Verginia hotel. At the reception really (as it is written in the reviews) they do not speak Russian, but they are trying in every possible way to help! Based on the reviews, I realized that mostly new arrivals are accommodated in rooms with a view of the wall or the construction site (later we got our hands on the paper "replacement report", from which we realized that this is the case, they are accommodated in odd numbers, but then they change everything!

), so we decided to put $ 10 in the passport after all ...apparently this affected the fact that we were given a room in the very center with a view of the pool near the terrace (room 2002), where the "evening disco" is held without any problems. Disco - this is one name, in fact, they just turn on soft music after the evening show. So, sitting at a table near the room, we seemed to be with everyone, but it seems to be not : ) Once we tried to find a room where we settled a visitor, with our arrival, a couple - we didn’t find ...

The porter was given a dollar, for which he immediately ran with the key to the safe and showed how to use it, the couple who arrived with our arrival achieved this only through a guide. Guide Tez Tour - Natalie, we really liked it! I visited the hotel every day according to the schedule, remembered all my tourists by sight, always helped (we bought 5 excursions, for which she later gave us a flyer to the Hard Rock Cafe disco in Naama Bay).
At the entrance to the hotel it is written that it is forbidden to bring drinks and food with you, but we were searched 3-4 times for the whole time, and they didn’t seize a bottle of water ...So, if you don’t buy half of the fruit market, there will be no problems will be : ) The hotel is small, there is nowhere to walk on the territory, so every free evening we walked until 1001 nights (about 30 minutes walking step) drank awesome fresh juices there for 10 pounds (it was the best offer for both price and quality of all where we tried).

The fact that the hotel is located on the second line did not bother us either. The bus runs every hour starting at 9 (except 11 and 14 hours), from there every hour for 15 minutes, the bus was only 1 time! Drive about 5 minutes. The beach is decent, clean, though for several hotels, but there were always enough sunbeds, even when we arrived at 10 o'clock! Good pantone (what can not be said about the neighboring one). And the sea...I have never seen anything like it!! ! Tiran Island is resting!
A variety of fish and a beautiful coral reef! We didn’t dive, but on the beach, young people were doing something every day. From the beach, we mostly walked (worked up an appetite), walking pace for about 20 minutes. The reviews say that the hotel has 2 beaches, but apparently this has changed, because they no longer have a second beach.

The hotel has a very beautiful pool, with a waterfall (the waterfall is turned off for lunch, then in the evening, and it is turned on at 9 am. Under the waterfall there is a bar). There were always enough sun loungers by the pool, the animators entertained us with aqua fitness, water polo and darts. We went to the gym, very small, 3 cardio machines (the treadmill broke on the day of our arrival, and it was fixed the day before we left : ), 1 complex machine, one for bench presses. Pancakes can be used as dumbbells, because dumbbells, like other equipment, are not there.

Nutrition. The food can be described as "normal". There were not enough fruits, vegetables, cakes ...
Always for dinner they cooked pasta and spaghetti in Italian, tasty, but spicy. A varied side dish, there was always meat, chicken and fish. In general, you can eat and all the medicines brought in remained untouched. On the day of arrival, we noticed that (as it was written in the reviews) the attendants, when they see the all-inclusive bracelet, pretend not to notice. But already on the first day, they realized that we were not pretentious people and later they came up to take an order as soon as we sat down : ) during the afternoon snack at the pool bar they gave snacks ...it's better not to take them : )

Our room was good, the air conditioner worked inaudibly, we left it on for the night, it blew in the right direction, no one caught a cold. After a shower, we also formed a puddle, we threw an extra towel on the floor, they were changed the next day.
Linen was also changed every day. Sometimes they put gray towels, but they did not lose their wiping ability : ) Every day they brought us a liter of water (included if everything is included). It was necessary to pay extra for the mini bar, which turned out to be absolutely not profitable, so we refused and immediately raked everything out of the refrigerator in front of us)) There was only 1 Russian channel on TV. They left 2 pounds for tea and they laid out all sorts of swans for us.

Animation is good! The first time I remembered the names of the animators : ) In the evenings, they had performances. In English and dubbed in Russian. I was especially struck by the fakir show...Animator Samara is the coolest! In the evenings they taught the girls to dance) generally entertained, but not bothered.

We didn’t buy any souvenirs at the hotel, we went to Old City for this, although the prices are the same everywhere, but it seems to me that you could bargain most of all in the market near the 1001 night show (but not a fact).

There were scandals over hookahs, no one warned that they could not be carried in hand luggage, and people simply had to throw them away, because there was no time to go and put them in luggage. As a result, the flight was delayed by an hour because of this. The people who did the right thing did not wait for the guide with the bus, but went to the airport by taxi.
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel, in terms of price / quality ratio, we won! And we do not regret at all that we chose this hotel. And now I want to tell you more about excursions.

We bought excursions from a hotel guide, they cost us $ 450 for two. In the store across the street we were given a price list, buying there, we would save $ 110 and you can still bargain there ...But no one is responsible for quality and safety ...
Not to say that we were satisfied, the guides were all Egyptians, they spoke Russian normally, but when they started telling a story or general information about the tour, they started chattering, swallowing endings, repeating 2 times, in general, in order to understand something, they had to strain their ears and in the end, all the same, nothing plainly ...it was easier to buy material and read it. Buses for long-distance excursions were uncomfortable, but it was convenient when traveling to corals, when we were all collected purely symbolically and brought to the old city to the place of departure of the boat. Upon arrival, we were told that somewhere in Naama there is an excursion office where you could buy tours inexpensively and with Russian-speaking guides, but this information was not verified. The hotel guide Natalie always clearly followed the excursions, gave applications for dry rations and ordered an alarm clock for us. So, the first tour:

Mount Moses and the Monastery of St. Catherine.

The hardest and most memorable excursion. We were all gathered late in the evening and taken to the place of climbing the mountain, where, according to legend, at sunrise, all sins are forgiven us. It would be strange if, after what we experienced, it turned out not to be so : ) not according to the weather. They gave everyone a lantern and led them away. It was possible to ride a camel for $11 (this is what groups of Chinese did), but we decided that we should do it ourselves! The distance is about 6 km. , of which 5 km. along a narrow road (people and camels mixed up), on one side there is a cliff, so when the camels are led back (after they have taken someone), and behind you are the camels who are carrying someone, you have to run back to stones. There is camel excrement all along the road and there is a characteristic smell.
The ascent takes place from check point to check point, in dashes, orienting yourself to the conditional call of the guide, there they offer you a glass of tea for 10 pounds, and there is nowhere to go when it's so cold! After 5 km. the road has to climb 750 steps...the steps were made by monks God knows when and are large boulders. At the last checkpoint, you can rent a dirty blanket for 20 pounds, but there is no time when it's so cold! And at 5 something we met the dawn! A beautiful sight! The Chinese unfolded a whole Hollywood there : ) Then the descent, either by the same road, or 3.000 steps more difficult ...we went the second way, we did not regret it, it was beautiful. But then you can not collect the legs. We crawled to the monastery already no ...In our group there was a girl of 5-6 years old, we did not hear a sound from her, but how tired the adults were: ) It was hard, but how memorable!! ! It was definitely a feat : )

The second excursion was to the Colored Canyon and the city of Nuweiba.
And again the mountains, only now they are colored. But the next day after Mount Moses, we were not so impressed, and it also started to rain, in general, it didn’t make a big impression. Plus, when we approached the “second birth hole” (as they call it), all the rocks got wet and we could not do without scratches (we had to climb through a narrow place, the guide caught us there, because we had to jump more than a meter down ). Then we were brought to lunch, and then to the market.

The third was Cairo. Very conflicting opinions, but I can say that no matter what they say, it’s worth a trip to see it once! First we were taken to the pyramids in Giza. There we were robbed of $ 10, in no case do not let us take pictures of ourselves !! ! And especially do not sit on camels! Tourists always take pictures for free, unlike the Arabs! The pyramids are impressive, but there is nothing to do inside! A small empty room with stale air. Then we were taken around the city for lunch.
At the second performance, I had to look for chairs and sit in the aisle. Dinner was not included. So we did not understand why we paid $ 20, although if you arrived on your own, you could buy a ticket for 15 pounds. Then we barely found our guide and rushed around for a long time in search of a bus.

That's actually all: ) I hope my story will help someone make a choice, if you have read to the end, then you are really interested. You can write to me, I will answer all the questions that I can. Thank you for your attention! : )
