the main thing to understand is how many people, so many opinions. It all depends on what you're looking for and what you're up to. it was our first trip abroad. Traveled with my 6 year old son. flew with Tez tour, vacation cost $515 for two for 7 nights. after reading a lot of reviews, I realized that the number of stars in the hotel in Egypt still does not mean anything, so I chose the top three, but with a high rating. there are no questions to the tour company, everything is on the level, my fears were not justified. We arrived at 8 pm and checked into the hotel at 9:30 pm. the first impression of the room is horror, everything is dead and dirty. In the morning we met Mohammed, our cleaner. he was very friendly and positive. when we returned from the sea, we didn’t recognize the room? the cleanliness was impeccable? and so it was until the end of the holiday? every day a new beauty of towels and flowers awaited me? the same impression from the rest of the hotel staff? everywhere we were met by friendliness, smiles, jokes? specific, zero assortment, but we always found something to eat, we didn’t go hungry. and didn't get better. for me, one incorrigible minus? the sea is really far away. walking for us was unrealistic, under the sun 50 minutes. bus twice a day, our tourists are stuffed, as if at home in a minibus. it was stressful. the beach is amazing, you just have to see it. the color of the water? now I know what real turquoise is, is it just amazing? I will separately say about the massage on the territory of the hotel? Maya is just an incredible girl and master? I recommend? I didn’t want to leave, it was very sad. I’ll tell you more about the insurance bill? The child developed a severe rash, it hadn’t happened before, and I was scared. I called the insurance, and it turned out that to see a doctor you need to pay a deductible of $ 30. If the case is not insured, the money will not be returned. A car came for me, and I ended up in a hospital where they don't speak Russian. poor knowledge of English helped. As a result, they diagnosed an allergy and prescribed medicines. They took me to a pharmacy and sold the medicines without giving me a receipt. it seems that the seller called the amount from the lantern. I was so excited about the condition of the child that I did not pay attention to it. It’s a pity (as a result, the allergy cost $ 37.
in general, the conclusion: the hotel is excellent for unpretentious tourists with a limited budget. thanks to the staff for the positive and warm welcome? cons: cleanliness, kitchen, road to the sea.
