We chose the hotel for the price and the beach. The sea arranged for all 100, because there is a closed bay, it's cool in winter, a cool reef. The rooms are old, the food is not varied, but the whole shaft. The area is nice, clean and tidy. The old city is close enough, there are plenty of bazaars and shops nearby.
