We were in this hotel for a short time 2 adults and a child.
-Settlement
The move didn't go as planned. We were simply dropped off the bus near the entrance and sent for clearance. While we were walking, we heard a terrible stench for the first time. But as it turned out, this happens twice a day for mosquito weed. Having finally found the entrance, we took shape, which took 15 minutes, we got a good room on the ground floor and close to the reception. I guess it's luck, maybe 5 bucks.
-Room
Personally, I liked my impressions as for the first trip. Although not everyone was as happy as me. The room is large, huge verandah and bathroom. Yes. Everything is not new, the batteries in the remote did not work. The safe didn't close either. The TV did not work well, but it worked (there were a couple of our channels). The bedding, according to other people's words, is old. But I did not come to wallow in the room. Right?
-Service.

Wow. . . this is a sore subject for me. It took us 2 days to fix the safe. And we were forced to languish everywhere with money and documents. Because according to the rules of the hotel, everything that is not in the safe can be lost. Then they finally fixed it and the dude demanded a dollar. He even returned on purpose and defiantly searched for it. Out of principle, I didn't want to give, which I did. And in general, everyone there is asking for this fucking dollar. Or chocolate. The most adequate people from the staff were the waiter (one) at the bar and the animators. And there is also one nasty little gnome (sorry forgot the name) who works in the canteen. He runs forever and watched us so that they would not take anything with them and would not sit down where, in his dwarf opinion, it was impossible. By the way, everyone there is afraid of complaints. so if you notice something unacceptable, feel free to complain. Maybe this will help improve the level of service.
-Food
The food is sooo greasy so take mezim. Really delicious fish. But the choice in the restaurant is great. There are queues but it all depends on the number of people in the hotel. We didn't have many. That's why the line was short. 5 bars that I work depending on the needs. The booze isn't great. But if you ask to pour half a glass of alcohol instead of 2 drops, then you can still feel the alcohol.
- Territory and entertainment
Average but I was fine with it. 2 pools + slides. Morning water aerobics and water polo. I did not dare to swim in the evening. So I don't know if it's possible or not. Also in the evening after dinner there is a disco. The kids really like it. But adults can only watch the same dances every day. Or the show after. You can also go to the club for 10 bucks. Upon arrival at the hotel there and back.
We were evicted quickly. We went through customs for 3 hours and then found out that 2 chocolates had been stolen from us at the airport. So wrap your suitcases with stretch wrap.
