Hello! We rested with a friend for a short time, we practically did not stay at the hotel - we only spent the night and had breakfast - we had dinner. Maybe that's why they didn't really pick on anything)
In order:
1) Room - We lived on the 2nd floor almost above the Reception at 4364. Quite a decent room, a huge bed, snow-white linen, changed every day. Left $ 1 - made a swan))) Large balcony overlooking the garden. The cupboards are worn down, in some places the varnish has peeled off on the furniture. But we are not from the "Inspector General" program, we did not climb with gloves, we did not have a goal to finish... ))) The bathroom worked, the air conditioner, the safe too. But they obviously have problems with overhead lighting....The light bulb did not work, but we turned on 3 floor lamps, this was enough, and besides, it created a certain comfort). What is extremely upsetting is the declared free Wi-Fi - it has not been here for a long time, do not be fooled by the fairy tales of travel agents (In my case, Maria Zamorina, Top Travel. I was specifically looking for a hotel with an Internet, choosing between several, in the end she said with a sweet smile, And of course, Wi-Fi is free!

2) Food - a lot of meat, fish, greens, crabs, fruits (most of them are unripe, but as I understand it - this is a feature of the Egyptian climate in principle), yogurts, cheese (like Feta) - delicious, ordinary, like Dutch - rare muck . . Sausage, sausages - we tried it once and realized that it was clearly not for us... There were also milk porridges, soups (we didn’t try it), cereals, oatmeal, a lot of different sweet pastries. Drinks - traditional Yuppies)) You definitely won’t stay hungry, there are a lot of them, they don’t regret distributing portions, for an addition - go at least 10 times)))
3) A bar - probably only a lazy person didn’t write about local alcohol... But it’s good that they don’t dilute the beer, they often opened a bottle in front of us (they opened it, they didn’t pretend). As for strong drinks - whiskey is poison, I don’t even advise you to try it, they drank rum, gin, tequila, but not clean, but in cocktails.
4) Beach - we only went to the coral beach, the bus transports 3 times a day for free. Although we did not adapt to it, sometimes we took a taxi - 40 pounds. The coral is very beautiful, lively, a lot of fish. You can jump from a wooden bridge)) By the way, we went to the Ras Mohammed nature reserve, so I can say that the underwater world turned out to be much more picturesque on our beach)) There is a restaurant on the beach, we dined mainly there. Food, of course, is less than in a hotel, but you can choose - pizza, grilled chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, soups. And on the beach there is a cool bartender - Carlos - you don’t beg for anything, without any problems pours whatever you want and as much as you want, plus you can exchange a couple of words, joke))
But the biggest plus is that there are practically no people on the beach!! ! Slavs usually do not travel in summer, it is very hot (although I would not say, they got used to it on the 2nd day). Only locals have a rest, and they mostly hang out near the pools in the hotel. Often I swam in the sea on my own (not counting the lifeguard on the bridge), and it's cool)))
5) The hotel is not 5*, rather 4*. But for its price range, it's quite decent. If you want real 5 * - buy vouchers for hotels for Europeans, 2 times more expensive. We visited the Aquapark 1 time, not impressed. 5 ordinary slides, we have enough of such goodness in our city, swept 2 times, knocked down my elbows and went to the sea)). The pools are small, maximum up to the neck, the water is clean, but we didn’t come to Egypt for them)

The main contingent is the Arabs (I don’t know how it was in winter, but in the summer there were 20-30 Slavs for the whole hotel. And you need to get used to them, well, or ignore them. They eat a lot. Too much. There is also a lot of noise. There is no concept of personal space , moreover, this is not only in the hotel, but, in principle, everywhere. In the queue for the distribution of food, they shamelessly climb on their heads, the children rush around the restaurant, squealing, screaming... When you take a photo - there is no concept of waiting a second or going around from the back - they climb into the frame, simply not noticing. We treated such behavior philosophically, did not conflict with anyone, in the end, we came to visit them, this is their culture, whatever it may be. If you don’t like Arabs, don’t go to Egypt))
The general impression is a lot of positive emotions. Once again we were convinced that good and bad people are not a nationality or a country. Arabs are like children, how you treat them from the very beginning is how they will answer. We talked with many, smiled, joked, we were treated the same way. Well, as for the tourists who, while still on the plane with a royal air, spread their fingers like a fan and believe that for $ 600 they should kiss their heels - let them be offended only by themselves)))
