УЖАСНО TERRIBLE

HORRIBLE hotel! NO service at all!! ! The guide, AKRAM, did not deign to come either at the appointed meeting, or during the first days of our vacation, at least in order to arrange excursions, not to mention getting acquainted with the conditions of this hotel. I talked to him on the phone to get the flight right.
The staff is arrogant and rude. They will NEVER help solve the problem. The guys who clean the rooms during the day, rummage through things, use perfume. NO EXCELLATION!!! ! And if you did not leave a tip, then he will definitely come in the evening and ask for a brazen one. Really rude and rude staff.
They steal towels on the territory of the pool, the workers themselves, then demand a fine of $ 20.
The hotel is 3 stars. The rooms are shabby and very old. Upon arrival, we changed 3 rooms! In the first - we were settled with a door to the neighbors in another room, in the second - the balcony door did not close and instead of the bed there were mattresses, with 3 !!!

I didn't pay a dime! Because before leaving I read how and on what the Arabs earn. There's a scandal! After that we were given a room with at least a normal bed. FURNITURE all shabby, very old. The walls are dirty, there is dust and stains all around.
The food is AWESOME!!! ! You can feed the child with difficulty (vermicelli and soup). Of the fruits they give only - dates and an orange, sometimes a pomegranate. What is not eaten for lunch is left for dinner. And so all the time....there are few people in the hotel, from food - people spit. Elementary - PAPER napkins - shortage. The tablecloths are always dirty. . .
ANIMATION - no. For the entire stay at the hotel, there was not a single aerobics, neither for adults nor for children. The orphanage is always empty. Silence - as in ******. We went in once, to paint with paints, and then they said that they weren’t there....although the brushes were lying.
CHILDREN'S pool - the walls are so torn....that my child in the first 10 minutes of swimming, broke his nail paola. Of the first aid, they only helped us with iodine. There was not even a band-aid....and the doctor was paid....
The territory is large, there is where to take pictures. The beach is convenient. There are free buses, which are 15 to sand mines, and 15 to coral mines. It is also convenient to get to the city. Those are the only BENEFITS!!!
On the last day, we were posted the schedule of the bus, which was supposed to come to the hotel for us, pick us up and take us to the airport. But the bus didn't come. At the reception, including fools, that they don’t understand what is happening, they call someone... but NOBODY, NOBODY can say anything for sure... then we ran with a suitcase onto the road and caught a taxi... Insanely sad vacation, money thrown away, no comfort neither for adults nor for children. I do not recommend to ANYONE. All photos and videos are available.
