We traveled with children, we wanted a more budget option and with the presence of some kind of water slides. Well, of course, they chose to have 5k and all inclusive.
Check in went well, but I got a not very clean room. This is one single negative factor, if not for him, then I would be absolutely happy with everything. I went for a very long time begging for room cleaning and a change of bedding.
I didn't go outside the hotel. But the territory of the hotel is quite satisfactory, it seems to be clean and large, there were places for walking. There were several pools on the territory of the hotel, they were even heated, which is important for the winter period. This hotel has two beaches: one is coral and the other is sandy. For me, these are quite ordinary beaches.
The food and service was good, I was more than satisfied. The animation was like that too. But there was no animation on the beaches, as well as food.
If it weren’t for the check in factor, I would have only positive emotions, but it spoiled the impression a little. This is a good, average option for a family-friendly hotel.
