We arrived at the hotel after 12.00, at the reception politely offered to wait - they explained that the room would be there for an hour, we settled in the lobby, they brought us some cocktails, cold wet face towels and at 13.20 they offered to go to room 4325.
We liked the room: on the third floor, overlooking the pool, near the Red-bar. Very convenient - constantly went for coffee and drinks. The hotel area is small, very well maintained and clean. We are resting in Egypt for the first time and we liked everything: the attitude of the staff, the room, the food, the animation. Of course, the schedule of buses to the beach is not very convenient, you won’t get to the beaches in the afternoon, the last bus is at 11.25, but the service and the polite, friendly attitude of the staff smooth out this, in our opinion, the only drawback of the hotel.

My husband had an anniversary, we arrived from the beach - there was a cake in the room, a pleasant surprise. Thanks Maria. Regarding the Internet, at the airport they bought a Vodofone SIM card - 10 GB for $ 10, the Internet was everywhere, the speed was good, on the 6th day of rest they replenished the account for $ 2, praised for another two days. The hotel has Wi-Fi - $ 7 per phone, we did not buy.

In the evening, before check-out, we were warned that at 12.00 we must hand over the keys, if we don’t hand over - a fine of $ 25 or it was possible to extend the stay for the same $ 25. We were supposed to be taken to the airport at 16.00. We handed over the keys, they didn’t cut off the bracelet for our son, they told him to have lunch, and they cut it off with my husband and gave it “as a keepsake”. Our suitcases were locked in the storage room. We settled in the same hall, on comfortable sofas, our son brought us coffee and drinks from the bar, none of the staff made any comments about this. At 13.00 we went for lunch, walked around the territory of the neighboring hotel, we also really liked it.
Perhaps next time we will come not to the Premier, but to Parkland. By the way, we met a family from Belarus - they have been choosing this hotel for the second year in a row. In general, a very good hotel, I do not understand these negative reviews, it seems that people write about another hotel.
