I'll start with the bad. The hotel is full of children!! ! Some of them are noisy and rude. And as I understand it, it will now be so forever. To my questions "what are the children doing here? " received the answer "well, this is an exception, for a couple of days at Christmas they were allowed in and in two days they will not be. " But the children did not decrease, but arrived. What would you understand, I love children and my wife and I have our own, but we chose the hotel without children. This was disappointing. WiFi is only paid for $10 and covers the entire area including the rooms, good speed. Probably the best service and attitude from any staff I have ever met in Egypt. Just some kind of non-Egyptian service, but European. Everyone is always smiling and trying to please. Administrators drive subordinates, approach each tourist and ask if everything is fine, if there are any comments and how they can help. And if there are comments, wishes, they quickly fulfill everything. The food is delicious (and this is in Egypt), they know how to cook beef, chicken, lamb, fish, etc. Sausages, cheeses and sausages, perhaps, such as everywhere in Egypt (not tasty). Since I live in Ukraine, I have an idea about delicious food, since we have the best and most delicious food in the world. Local alcohol, yes. . . it is better to drink in cocktails, although in its pure form it cannot be called disgusting. They make delicious cocktails and add not yupi to them, but juices from packages. Tourists are mainly from Ukraine now, although there are British, Germans, Italians and a few Arabs. In the forehead, the hotel is quiet, calm and pleasant (this is what we were looking for) and without drunken cattle. The rooms are good too. Shop with things and the territory of the hotel is cheaper than in shops outside the hotel and the city center. In general, a hotel for a good relaxing and quality stay. Thanks to the staff and I hope the level of the hotel will not fall, as there is a desire to return here again.
