So I can already tell about this hotel personally. We rested with my husband from 02.08 - 11.08. 2017. I was very worried that August, the heat was 45 degrees. Yes, it was. But you don't really feel it. Therefore, be very careful in the sun, many burn very badly in the early days. Well, let's start with the settlement.
I read here reviews about the reception and extortion of money for early check-in. Therefore, in order not to tempt fate and not waste nerves at the beginning of the vacation, they immediately put 20 bucks in the passport. We asked for a very quiet room, they gave us building 16 on the second floor, we were settled immediately, everything worked. The bracelets were put on at 10.00. But then we met two couples of guys and found out that no one demanded anything from them, they didn’t pay anyone money, they settled them just like us immediately upon arrival at 8 in the morning, the room was in some in building 17, in others - 16 So I don't even know. The other two couples gave $10 themselves. and asked for a sea view. But no one asked!
Room cleaning went well. They always left a dollar, but they didn’t always make us happy with some kind of figures.

Wifi is very weak!! ! 10 bucks for one phone, if the second is another 10 dollars.
The hotel is 90% Arabs, there are Europeans. But these people can be counted on the fingers. The rest are Arabs. Especially a lot of them come on weekends. But to be honest, they didn’t annoy me personally, and it’s better to let them be Arabs (they don’t drink alcohol) than drunken cattle who throw furniture into pools, swear and beat dishes. Arabs are settled in buildings closer to the restaurant, from above. They sit all day in the pool where the water park is, there are only a few of them on the sea. They don't know how to swim. We arrived on a Wednesday and the beach was practically empty. Well, maybe 10 people. They came to the restaurant - it was empty. True, since Friday the hotel is 100% full, many children, noise. Queues in the restaurant. Come for lunch at 12:30 and dinner at 18:30. At this time, we were empty. But even with a large number of people, there was no flea market, no one ran, no one snatched food from under your nose, no one picked food with their hands. Everything is very cultural, calm, food was always brought. Children did not run around the restaurant. Yes, it was noisy. But not always. How do you get. There is a lot of food. I won't even list. Once there were crabs and octopuses. There are also many fruits. Well, I just don’t know how you can stay hungry there !! ! Very nice staff in the restaurant.
Sea. It's just a fairy tale. Good reef, lots of fish. There was always wind and a small wave. For winter I think this hotel is not suitable. It will be cold. The entrance to the sea is only from the pontoon.
Animators. Nastya and Anton thank you so much, you are just super. Very pleasant, not intrusive, well, very good!!!
The hotel area is small, very clean, pools between buildings.
In the evening there are various themed evenings.
Conclusion: I really liked the hotel. Rooms, food, sea, staff, animators are all just super!! ! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
