We are a family with two children aged 5 and 13. We rested at the hotel from 09/19/2018 to 09/26/2018. We chose this hotel for price-quality reasons. This is our 3rd visit to Egypt and it turned out to be the best!
We arrived late, got to the hotel at 23-00. They settled us quickly, at no extra charge they gave a good room on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Our room was 1219. They immediately gave us a bite to eat at the bar near the reception.
We liked almost everything in the hotel! The food was delicious and varied. Lots of fruits: oranges, melon, dates, grapes, pears, dried apricots, raisins. There was always delicious fish and several types of meat. They even cooked Dorado once. The service in the restaurant is top notch. We never stood in line. The tables were clean, served and cleaned very quickly. The waiters always offered drinks to choose from: beer, wine, pepsi, fanta. In the restaurant, as well as in the bar on the beach, there was a coffee machine where you could make yourself coffee for every taste.
Everything worked in our room! It was clean. Every day, during the cleaning, the supplies of drinking water, coffee, sugar and cream were renewed. The room had access to the terrace, which went directly to the lawn, and then the pool.
The hotel has 5 swimming pools and a jacuzzi. All were clean and well maintained. One pool with a slide, the children were there in the afternoon)
The beach is small, but the beds and mattresses are in good condition. The pantone is not long, the reef is quite interesting.
The wait staff were unobtrusive and polite. We were never rude, they didn’t refuse, but on the contrary, they tried to please us in every possible way). The animators did a great job!
We had a late flight at 17:00, we were picked up from the hotel, which made me worry the most, because. I wanted to feed the kids for lunch. At 12-00 we vacated the room and I went to the reception to hand over the card from the room and towels. They wanted to cut off my bracelet, but I asked to give us all the opportunity to have lunch. To which they answered "OK", and offered to hand over the bracelet at 16-00 and use everything for free until that time). There was no humiliation, just a request on my part). Already on the bus, I noticed that the bracelets were left on all those leaving!
The only negative is the lack of free internet.
