We rested at the Xperience Sea Breeze Resort in October 2018 on the Join UP tour, hosted by Sun International in Egypt. Departure from Zhulyan (air SkyUp), arrival in Boryspil (air Anda Air) was made on time. We arrived at the hotel around 10:00. They immediately put on bracelets and offered $ 20 to settle in a room with a sea view. Bargained for $10. The room was on the 1st floor in building 3 from the beach overlooking the sea and the island of Tiran. I was pleased with the free safe, the cleanliness in the room, as well as throughout the hotel, is not perfect, 7 points out of 10. The hotel area is small, but well-groomed. There are small pools, one near the sea. The hotel's beach is about 50 meters wide with a good pier. Enough sunbeds, enough space for everyone. Loved the coral reef in the sea near the hotel. There is enough food, everyone will find acceptable dishes for themselves, although I would like to see more seafood. Sometimes there are queues when the main restaurant opens, especially in the evening. We came 1 hour later and the choice of dishes was the same as at the opening, and there were 2 times fewer visitors. In total, the hotel has 3 restaurants: the main one and 2 a La Carte (fish and near the beach). In the fact that you can dine near the beach for free, and in the evening 1 time by appointment at the reception. There are many bars with free drinks, including alcoholic ones. Free ice cream at the bar near the main pool for lunch. The beach also has a diving club, a bar, animation (I remember dancing, darts, yoga) and other water attractions. There is a gym and spa. I had a good impression about the hotel staff and animators. There should be no problems with communication, many of them know Russian and English well. And if you consider that mostly Ukrainians rest in the hotel, then you don’t really feel like you are abroad. We went on 3 excursions offered by the Sun International hotel guide - Mohamed: a sightseeing tour of Sharm el-Sheikh with a stop at a mosque, a church, and of course, butter, sweets and market-type shops (free of charge), evening in SOHO Square ($ 8) and on a yacht in Ras Mohammed National Park ($35 with diving, $30 without diving, you can swim with a mask and fins). Everything would be fine, but with an excursion to Ras Mohammed, it turned out to be some kind of scammer - we sailed on a boat near the port with 3 stops in the nearest bays, to our questions why we don’t sail to Cape Ras Mohammed, the answer was that there was a storm in the sea and a strong flow. Naturally, no one warned us about this, they didn’t reschedule the tour the next day, they didn’t give monetary compensation, they suggested writing statements to our appeals to Mohamed and Sun International, we didn’t receive an official answer, according to Mohamed, many people liked this excursion, but the fact that only from our hotel 10 people had claims not counted. In general, this was perhaps the only negative moment during the rest.
