Accommodation: for a good view - surcharge 35$ for the whole period; with sea view -10$/day. If you are with children, then a problem may arise here: the rooms are all the same size and have two large single beds. The child will sleep with you. Additional Rollaway beds are not available.
Internet - paid, works well throughout the territory. The cost is $10 for the entire period.

Food is normal: beef, chicken and fish have always been. Fruits are not very good, there is no variety and a lot of unripe and green ones (watermelon, melon, peach, orange, banana, dates). Meals according to the All inc system. Only one (main) restaurant. Restaurant by the sea, food by the pool with a slide, for a fee. 1 dinner (Wednesday, Sunday) in a restaurant by the sea - free of charge, but the food is the same as in the main restaurant.
The rooms are not new, but everything is solid and of high quality. Cleaning is good, every day for $ 1, and without. Water in 1.5 liter bottles is supplied when cleaning the room daily (2 bottles / room). There is a cooler, a tea / coffee machine in the zen bar near the reception around the clock.
The territory is small, compact, well-groomed. The hotel looks like a narrow strip, but this does not prevent you from feeling comfortable. There were a lot of mosquitoes during our stay. They are poisoned every evening around 20-00.
In front of the hotel entrance there is a hookah bar and a bar. Security at the entrance. Opposite the hotel is a market.
The beach is a rock with sun loungers, there are always enough places, the entrance to the sea is only a pontoon (short). To the right of the pontoon, the territory of the neighboring Sultan garden hotel is sand, a good entrance to the sea for children. True, the security of the Sultan garden periodically drives the vacationers of our hotel and politely asks to leave the beach area. There is daily animation on the beach. There is a bar. Toilet. A mini bus (450 m) runs from the reception to the beach.
Cons - now (May 2019) construction work is underway right on the beach - they are expanding the pontoon.
Reef is good.
There are two main pools: by the sea with a bar (the bar is open from 11-00 to 17-00) and with a slide (there is also a bar, but the food is paid). Cons - all other mini pools are very cold and vacationers do not swim in them.
Animation - morning - water aerobics in the pool near the beach; on the beach itself darts and competitions; in the evening - a mini disco for children and then - an entertainment program for adults until 11-00.
Staff - at the reception there is a Russian-speaking staff, always responded to requests.
In general, the impression is good.
