To begin with, we are resting in Egypt for the first time and chose a hotel solely on positive reviews and ratings. Everything seems to be normal. Yes, and our travel agent advised. And so everything is in order: We arrived at the hotel at 10-10.30. Upon arrival, we were greeted with glasses of cool water with syrup. The child was delighted. Check-in at 14.00. They immediately warned us and gently hinted that we had Standard rooms and the conditions there were not very good. But he is very kind and can offer us, for an additional fee, rooms with a sea view and a jacuzzi -25 $ per day; with sea view - side rooms -35$ for the whole period and 20$ with pool view. Chose with a view of the pool on the first floor. Immediately we were told the good news that our room would be ready in half an hour. Since we arrived after breakfast, we were offered to use the so-called "Late Breakfast". And then small BUTs began! Late breakfast, which takes place in a cafe near the reception, turned out to be dried 5 rolls that were wrapped in foil, tea in disposable glasses with barely warm water from the cooler (which is half broken) and then self-service. The child was hungry. Let's go to the room. The most ordinary room: a large bed and a bed for a child (delivered on request), TV, wardrobe, refrigerator, safe and toilet with shower. I was very surprised by the double-leaf, full-length glass door to the toilet. no lock! That is, you need to warn everyone that you are going to the toilet or swimming in order to avoid uncomfortable moments. After you take a shower, it starts to flow under the washstand, it turned out that this problem is in all rooms, partitions with a shower are leaking. shower gels and shampoos that are diluted with water can still be used. Since our room was on the ground floor, we had a tirasa with access to the pool. There is a stationary clothes dryer. But since the floor was tiled, it was very slippery and the child fell several times. That is, you need to put some kind of rag under wet things or donate a towel. When we walked around the territory, it turned out that all the buildings are the same, almost all with a view of the pool, since the territory is small, narrow and all the pools are located between the buildings. That is, the surcharge is a pure scam. Since we always try to find something positive in everything, we decided for ourselves that we paid for an earlier check-in : ) We went for lunch at the main restaurant, which is located on the second floor of the reception. The assortment, as elsewhere in Egypt, but tasty and varied, soups, chicken, veal, fish were squid, crabs and octopuses. Very nice waiters in this restaurant. Beach - terraces with sun loungers and a small sandy beach. Entrance to the sea from a wooden pontoon with two stairs. This "Not a bad hotel" ends and BUT begins!
1. ) A small bus runs from the beach to the buildings! BUT ! You may not be son-in-law citing that you have wet shorts or a swimsuit! Although there are already vacationers on the bus in the same wet clothes, since everyone is going after swimming!
2. ) Bar on the beach - the bartender delivers drinks in plastic reusable glasses! BUT! Beer will give you a couple of glasses, and then half foam, then just ignore or say that there is no beer and that you need to drink their cocktails. Feel free to make fun of your figure flaws, regardless of whether you are a man or a woman! A dollar will help you for more glasses!

3. ) Snack at the ELEMENT restaurant near the lower pool, which is also the A la carte restaurant, in portions and according to the approved menu! BUT! Serve first Arabs and Italians, then come to you. Children are easily denied pizza, if you want to eat, go to the main restaurant! Service with a look like you're begging from him! Very unpleasant !
4. ) Lobby bar at the reception - open until 24.00. After everything is paid! At half past eleven, the beer ends abruptly and you can only order their cocktails. We don't drink their cocktails, we only drink beer. To which we were offered to buy beer from them for $ 3 per bottle of 0.5 liters. , which we drink during the day according to the All Inclusive system. Be prepared for the fact that your company will be approached and counted how many glasses you drank in the evening (the company of guys was about 8 people). When asked to bring two glasses of beer, the answer sounds like one glass in hand. You say the person has left. Tupa turns around and walks away. If you drink some kind of drink and ask for more soda, the same answer! They can take an order and ignore it, bypass through the main staircase so as not to pass by. We thought that this was exclusively for our couple, but it turned out not, such an attitude is a very common occurrence.
Therefore, young people drink their strong alcohol on their terraces or balconies, as a result of which there is garbage, screaming, music, nightly swimming in pools with floating paper cups. Etc. . .
5. ) Breakfast in the main restaurant from 7.00 to 10.00. The menu is varied. BUT! Somehow my daughter and I came for breakfast at 9.40. We took an omelet, a cafe, milk with cereal. Exactly at 9.55 they approached us and said that we have 5 minutes to free the restaurant, and this is our problem - did we have time to eat or not!
7. ) Wi-Fi - paid 10$ for the whole period. BUT! if you come for more than 7 days, then pay $ 20. There is no free internet anywhere, neither at the reception nor in the lobby bar.

6. ) Check-out, like everywhere else, at 12.00! BUT! in this hotel, the All Inclusive system also ends at 12.00. Bracelets are cut immediately. If you have a plane at 20.00 hours you will be picked up from your hotel 4 hours before departure. It's around 4:00 pm. Be prepared that you will not be fed, so do not let's cut off the bracelets, if you start to make a fuss, they will not cut. When asked where you can take a shower and change clothes before leaving, you will be offered a shower and toilet on the beach! They did not even enter into the position that the girl was pregnant. Everyone was shocked! The toilet on the beach closes at 18.00.
In principle, the hotel is not bad, if not for all sorts of BUT! Although we are not scandalous people and do not play the "Inspector General" program, you turn a blind eye to many things, always try to smile and look for the positive in everything. But these BUT spoiled the rest! I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend : (
