Traveled with friends in November 2019. We arrived at 9 am in the morning. At the reception, they immediately asked for money for settling at $ 20 per day per room. Very arrogant and unpleasant people there behind the counter! For 10 days of rest in this hotel, the reception was the only negative. We didn't pay. At eleven o'clock we were given bracelets (specially at such a time so that we would not use the restaurant). But we survived it, changed clothes in the toilet and went to the beach to sunbathe and swim (in advance, even at home, they put beach things in hand luggage). At two o'clock in the afternoon we were given the keys to the room and we were settled. An extra bed was delivered to our room (it was not there at the beginning, we have 2 + 1). At the reception, we asked that we be accommodated with friends in one building, we were refused. Our building was at number 14, the room was on the second floor. Cleaning was done by a guy named Selif. Never complained about room cleaning. The territory of the hotel, though small, but beautiful and well-groomed. Wifi is paid. Standard rooms are all the same (you should not overpay). It was a little shocking that if you are traveling with a large company, then you need to borrow sun loungers at 6 in the morning. The reef is not very good, there are better ones. If for the first time, then normal. There were few fish. In the second half of the holiday, the weather changed - strong wind and waves, it was cold to get out of the water. Wooden pontoon, very comfortable, with two descents into the sea. The pools are not heated. The animation is weak, but they are trying their best, every evening there were different shows and competitions near the main building. It's cool in the evening. The food is very tasty and varied. Lots of fruits and seafood. Baking for an amateur. Baklava and cake to order (for a birthday) are very tasty. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. There is a gym, children's playroom and spa on site. I enjoyed the massage and spa treatments. A minibus runs on the territory, which delivers vacationers from the buildings to the beach and back, which is very convenient. There are free trips to Naama Bay and the Old City (you need to sign up at 7 am for the evening). The free city tour includes a trip to the oil and sweets factory. We bought 3 bottles of black cumin oil ($2.300 each) - one of them turned out to be a simple oil without taste or smell. Check out from the room at 12 noon, the bracelets were not cut off. At one o'clock in the afternoon we had lunch and went swimming, sunbathing on the sea (since the cards for towels were given away, you need to take a towel from home, which was useful to us at the beginning and at the end of the holiday). At half past five in the evening we were taken from the hotel (to the airport about 15 minutes drive, maybe less). We took dinner ourselves in disposable dishes, we ate already at the airport.
