If you value your physical and emotional health at least a little - never come to this hotel! It was the worst vacation of my life!! ! To begin with, I’ll clarify that I have been to Egypt 18 times before, I quite adequately assess the “service”, I know the level of the resort very well, since I have been in different hotels and objectively assess the whole situation. But this time was my last visit to this country!
We flew there on 07/20/20 and were supposed to be 13 days away. . . but this total horror was unbearable. After 4 days we changed tickets and flew home! We were not stopped even by the fact that we lost a rather large amount of money. I'll tell you in order. The flight was overnight, we arrived at the hotel around 7 am. They threw all the suitcases in the sun, near the hotel. If the heat in the shade was 42, then it's scary to imagine how much it is in the sun... When our bus was brought tourists, there were practically no vacationers, maybe 15 people for the whole hotel. But at the same time they said that the check-in would still be no earlier than 14.00! Even for those who come with small children! And if we want to be settled earlier, we demanded a $80 surcharge! We don't get breakfast either. If you want to have breakfast, then pay $9 per person! We basically paid nothing! We left without breakfast and waited for the settlement...
They didn't turn on the air conditioning in the lobby! Everyone was sitting, sweating. . . and the same situation was all the time in the dining room (because you can't call it a restaurant)! But in the room the air conditioner blew all the way, the regulator did not work! They hung it with a towel, when the towel was pulled out - and it was all black! These air conditioners have never been cleaned at all! Naturally, there is an infection. We had 3 rooms, we were 4 people, and everyone had either a runny nose or a sore throat... They turned off the air conditioner, but after 10 minutes an unbearable stuffiness set in! The hotel area is elongated and narrow, so if you are accommodated in the nearest building from the reception, then be prepared to walk a kilometer to the beach in the heat. The bus sometimes carries, but not regularly. The bar worked alone on the beach. From 10 am. No snacks, nothing there! Only beer and a couple of bottles of local alcohol. Well, cola, sprite, and some kind of chemical juice . . That's all! No coffee, no tea, none of that!
And yes, drinks are given out in the smallest (which only exist), plastic cups! There is another bar in the lobby, but there is the same choice and they give more water in small bottles. If you ask for more than one, then they already twist their face with displeasure and you just have to beg for this water! In general, the staff behaves very arrogantly, especially at the reception. Don't even expect minimal respect! The beaches are not cleaned, they came early in the morning - there are plastic bottles lying around, cigarette butts, crushed plastic glasses, sunbeds with mattresses are scattered... incredible srach! In addition, for all the days of our stay, we never changed beach towels! Because they don’t change them on the beach, only a cleaner in the room. And when the cleaner comes, of course, everything is not on the beach... Then you can’t find him . .
Well, the apotheosis of everything is food! No buffet! Come, you are given a menu and an order from the menu if you can call it that. You always wait for 20-30 minutes until they bring you at least something, although everything is already prepared! Tables are always dirty! Constantly they were asked to wipe the table! Several times they brought food in dirty dishes or poorly washed ones . . Yes, and this “food” can hardly be called food... Three pieces of a wilted cucumber and two pieces of the same tomato are a salad. Fried fish in batter, always oversalted and twice as much batter as fish... And once they gave just smelly fish! They gave it back with a scandal! What can I say, people began to resent everything! The meat was edible a couple of times, but it’s impossible to eat it like that . . tasteless. The same goes for pasta. Once took, they are raw. No more risk. Well, for a snack you will be “delighted” with a plate of fruit: a piece of green melon, two pieces of apple and half-rotten grapes! Yes, you can also ask for cakes. Per serving 2 pcs. Eclairs with butter cream, after which I felt sick until they drank enterosgel. It's all choice! Really, what could be eaten from everything was rice and stewed vegetables!
And so from day to day! Same!
We put up and endured, at least from across the sea, since we had already arrived. But after small jellyfish appeared in the water, which began to sting and a terrible allergy began all over the body, an unbearable itching, the decision to leave was made immediately!
