I rested in this hotel with my wife in October 2021, it was not our first hotel in Egypt, there is something to compare with.
The hotel, in principle, is not bad, but there are "+" and "-".
Pros:
- norm numbers
- housekeeping is ok
- restaurants of norms (even 2 times there were seafood)
- good pier, reef like everywhere else
- near the market with delicious mangoes
- many pools
Minuses:
- none of the staff wear masks
- upon arrival and departure, bracelets will be removed and put on strictly on time. If a flight after lunch is not allowed for lunch, they will be asked to pay an additional $ 30
- upon arrival at the reception, they pretend to be morons in order to give them a bribe
- the main restaurant is very small
- food is collected and thrown right in front of the nose in one container, at the sight of this, a gag reflex is caused
Dear hotel manager, with such an attitude towards guests, I don’t want to return to your hotel.
