Russian-speaking staff does not like. It starts with the fact that you are settled in a creepy uncleaned room with collapsed beds and a view of the reception and the evening entertainment area (rather noisy in the evenings). For example, we and the couple we met were also settled in a terrible smelly room 1051. That is, as I understand it, this is a common practice of extortion in this hotel, after you run to the reception in horror and offer money for a normal room - you get it here they give (the standard fee is 5-10USD, although I paid 20 out of fright). A normal room differs from an abnormal one with a view of the pool, not collapsed mattresses and a normal smell, everything else is just as creepy. Due to the incorrect slope of the floor in the combined bathroom, you will constantly have a puddle on the floor and it will be difficult for water to come out of the shower. Although in some rooms this drawback, as I found out, is not - check right away - it's easy to see when you turn on the shower. In no case do not lean on the handle in the shower - it can fall off and you will fall. Beds without box springs. For 5 stars - nonsense. The mattresses are stuffed with some garbage. Mine under my 100kg by the end of the second week fell noticeably, although for a 192cm height this is not such a big weight. Sleeping on them is terribly uncomfortable. Housekeeping is disgusting - the floors are washed every other time. They may not replace towels (they just put your wet towels on the shelf and that's it) or leave only one set for two, you can demand a second large towel by phone - they bring it when it happens, once I waited for a towel for 1 hour. I tried to leave the cleaner a dollar, local pounds, good chocolate, they were taken away, but the quality of cleaning did not change. The bed will not be changed until you demand it, although they must do this at least once every three days as for 5 stars. The hotel area is narrow and long with a steep climb to the reception building and the main restaurant - for athletes. A beach minibus - well, very micro - for midgets, a minibus "gazelle" in comparison with it is a limousine. By the end of the second week, the hotel was packed to capacity and good places on the beach and by the pools were occupied all the time. The bartenders in the bars on the beach and by the pools ignore the "Russians", they never offer anything themselves and serve last after the foreigners, even if you turned first, and again it's on the drum whether you tip them or not. Food in a restaurant can easily be undercooked/undercooked, but with a relatively large selection of rubbish, you can always replace the rubbish with something better. My wife got poisoned by some crap, then for three days she sat on bread, water and activated charcoal. The restaurant does not have a children's room - only a smoking room. There were a lot of children and during the meal, wherever you were sitting, their op got out specifically. Once, to the right and to the left of us, there were families with side chairs on which two screaming children were sitting - the stereo effect was amazing - we had to move further away. There are still a whole bunch of shortcomings such as ants in the room, but I don’t want to write about them separately. Definitely not 5 or even 4 stars. The hotel is not worth the money spent (we paid 2400usd with a two week flight for two).
