1. I chose the hotel according to the description and reviews on the Internet.
2. The check-in is standard Egyptian, at the reception they quietly offered to improve the check-in for an extra charge.
3. The standard room is large and new, just the hotel is open in the spring.
4. The food is normal and different, although with fruits and dessert it is a bit scarce
5. Now for the bad: none of the pools are heated, especially considering the large number of children. There is no hot water in the room in the evening, it is barely warm. The restaurant in the morning and at lunch is clearly crowded, for dinner there are two restaurants. The kids club is not open. There is no animation near the pools, as well as on the beach. Conclusion: not much fun with children. The administration sends to a nearby hotel where the pool is heated and there is a children's club.
