There are many bars in the area where you can eat. Ice cream is served separately from 12:00 to 17:00. Ice cream balls. The hotel has 3 restaurants: main, seafood and Maracan (a la carte) food a lot, but monotonous. There are for vegans, children's and dietary. But for that delicious fruit ice. I had to go to the hotel for dinner, then return to the sea. Prices for spa and excursions space! In Turkey, in September, they were 2 times lower. A boat trip on a yacht with a guide is $55, and on the beach $35. in Turkey in September I gave $15. spa: hammam, jacuzzi, sauna, peeling and massage 90 minutes $110. in Turkey gave $65 for 120 minutes. The food is quite normal. There were squid every day, chicken, kebabs every other day, fish, shrimp though once a week on Tuesdays. Slides did not work all, but visited the territory of the neighboring hotel Aqua Blu. Their slides are not so extreme, more suitable for children.
The only thing that upset is that now there is temporarily no show 1001 nights, as the site is being renovated. But the show is very good. We visited last year and the kids loved it.
Will we come here again? - Definitely YES! Would we recommend - DEFINITELY!

We rested in this hotel from 09/07/21 to 09/14/21 inclusive, two adults and a child of 13 years old. In Egypt for the tenth time and almost all trips to the hotels of the Albatos chain. We also rested in the nearby Aqua Blu a couple of years ago. I must say right away that the expectation-reality did not materialize.
Upon arrival, they gave $ 20, got a room on the first floor. The room is good, family, with a terrace and access to the pool. The air conditioner worked well. The drain in the bathroom is not clogged, the water flowed great. Surprised that in 5 * there is no mini bar (cola, fanta, sprite), well, that's it, we'll survive. The refrigerator was leaking, every day there was a puddle near it. Cleaning: they left $ 1 every day for cleaning, but the quality of cleaning was not affected in any way. It is very dusty, the mirrors are dirty in blobs of paste from the day we moved into the room, there is a layer of dust on the terrace that, sitting on a chair, black shorts turn white. The carpet in the room is in the trash, it would be better to remove it completely. And for a week the situation with cleaning remained at the level of its absence. Taking white slippers from home with me, I had to throw them away after three days, as they turned just brown, they only wore them in the room). But figures were twisted from towels every day, and the bed was showered with flowers).
Food: The restaurant is dirty! If you didn’t come to the opening, then with a 100% guarantee you will eat at a dirty and sticky table and a chair full of crumbs. In principle, this is often in Egypt, but in this hotel it is somehow more striking.
Meat dishes are always chicken, fish and sometimes kebab. Side dishes are standard: rice, fries, pasta, steamed vegetables. We were not hungry, but there were problems with the assortment compared to other hotels of the same Albatross chain, but what we ate was delicious. Ooooh, I almost forgot))) for breakfast there were donuts, which the chef did not put in a basket of sweets, but only took out 1 pc from the back room at the request of the guest, as if he tore it from the heart (this has never been seen before).
The territory of the hotel is deserted, there is little greenery, the pools are mostly 50 cm (small), so there is expanse with small children. There are deeper ones, but they are not enough.
Beach: far away, we traveled by bus, the bus is cool, the air conditioner always worked, the bus leaves every half hour, although the Aqua Blu bus runs more often. You can also walk through the territory of aqua blue, but in the heat it is stressful. Seats close to the beach. There is a bar closer to the elevator for the whole beach, the second bar which does not work near the bus landing. You have to walk from one end of the beach to the other for drinks. On September 13, for some reason, the bartenders decided that they give out two glasses of beer in one hand, and the "glasses" for beer are plastic, 100 ml each))), and also half a glass of foam). So they ran for half a day, but did not recover). There is no pier to dive and swim, or rather, there is one, but without steps, and you can’t swim and jump from it (. Everything is blocked by buoys, so there’s nowhere to even swim.
The staff is mostly responsive, pleasant, but here they decide, as usual, tips, which we do not skimp on always leaving.
The hotel positions itself as 5 *, and draws a maximum of 4 *, but this is the opinion of my family and the experience of staying in other hotels.
