The hotel is good, new, but there are still some nuances. We rested in a hotel with a child, and for a 5-star hotel, and even more so in Egypt, animation for children is not at all developed, or simply no one bothered much with this, based on a water park. So is the food, it seemed to us more diverse in the nearby Aqua Blue. Now in more detail. We arrived at the hotel in the morning. The girl at the reception Diana is very friendly, helped us with the room and settled very quickly. The room is new and beautiful, spacious. Two rooms, in the next small room a children's bed. Our room has a huge double bed, with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Large closet with enough space for everything. There is a rug next to the bed, it was nice to get out of bed not on the bare floor. The bathroom is also not very big, the bathroom is combined, but the shower is large and comfortable, there was no bathtub. The rest of the room is standard, hair dryer, kettle, plasma TV, air conditioning. Everything worked flawlessly, the water in the tap is hot and cold, everything is fine. Cleaning is also good, it was always clean, bedding and towels were changed, the floors were washed, the mini-bar was replenished, even figures grew on the beds regularly. So there are no complaints about the number, but only because of one number to overpay for the top five, if the animation and food are mostly better in the neighboring four, it’s probably not worth it. But here to whom as, we were a little disappointed. Naturally, excursions became a separate item, and this perfectly complemented the rest. We took from a local guide, for the sake of good savings and a great choice. We visited many places, but most of all we remember the Sahara safari. We rode both quadrics and camels, the child, and we, too, were simply delighted. Moreover, they fed a magnificent dinner, plus a stunning view of the night starry sky, not at all the same as we are used to seeing at home. The best entertainment in the hotel is the Aquapark, but you won’t constantly ride the slides either, and the fact that it’s not heated also didn’t allow you to stay in it all the time. I had to severely limit my stay in it, so as not to catch a cold. The child was interested in the first three days, but I would like the animation to be more interesting. And so the children were left to themselves, almost all the time. The same with heated pools is also not thought out, there are very few options for swimming outside the sea, only two pools. We got to the beach mainly by bus, it’s far on foot, especially if you are with a child. What can I say about nutrition? There was enough of everything, meat, vegetables, fruits, but in my opinion the choice and quality was still better in a neighboring hotel. But alcohol and especially wine was better in ours, but for a holiday with a child, this is not so important. Lots of fast food, you can eat almost around the clock. But the Moroccan restaurant is really amazing, both in terms of food and service, and the beauty is incredible. Definitely worth a visit, if only because of its design. And of course, just a great beach. The entrance to the water is possible even without shoes, the water is warm, even the wind was not felt. Lots of fish to see. The sunbeds were always free, the beach is constantly cleaned, but you had to take towels with you from the hotel, it’s bad that this moment was also not thought out. In general, the hotel is very good, but it is worth paying attention to some little things, and if they are corrected, it will be great.
