Chose the hotel because the aqua park seduced. The feeling of rest is twofold. The hotel is new, the territory is large, the rooms are spacious, clean. Cleaned every day and conscientiously, towels are changed and the bar replenished with drinks every day. Slides in aqua parks are varied, there are many pools. The food is weak, do not believe it, but next to the four, the food turned out to be tastier and more varied. The staff in the dining room is rude and always dissatisfied. They can take a plate from under your nose without even asking if you have finished eating. Forks and knives are thrown with a bang. If you don't tip at the bar, they serve you with a sour face. A Moroccan restaurant food tasteless. We went on an excursion and for dry rations they were given two small buns with jam, an apple, a banana and a small box of juice for the whole day. Since the children do not eat buns, I decided to take something else in the dining room. But they didn’t let us into the dining room, at the foot court they told us to wait 15 minutes before opening. I tried to explain that the bus was waiting and I would like the children to take a sandwich, then I said something rudely in Arabic and turned away. Animation for children is almost absent, kids club is a room where it is simply impossible to play.

I have already begun to swear. Then they said that they would send a person within 5-10 minutes. But we waited half an hour and no one. I had to run to the reception again, well, in short, they barely opened the door. At 3 am we got a call to the room and said that the flight was delayed. And they did not call friends with whom we rested together. People got dressed, got ready and went to the reception at 4 in the morning and there they found out that the flight was delayed. And when asked why they weren’t warned either, they answered that they called us, and it turns out we had to get up and go to warn them. That is, they decided that one call is enough. And there understand yourself.
We were very grateful to the manager Diana, she somehow tries to resolve the issues. We are also grateful to the hotel doctors, who pumped out a friend after poisoning in half an hour.
