I rested with my daughters 10 years old, we are from Kyiv, we were in Sharm for the first time.
Why this hotel - on the recommendation of friends. We arrived in the evening, just during dinner, we were offered to go to eat first, after which we were quickly settled. At the same time, the person asked if I had any wishes for the number, I said none. We booked a standard room, but they put us in a two-room family room. What can I say - the room is awesome, spacious, bright and comfortable.
What I liked about the hotel - yes, in principle, everything. The territory is huge, everything is clean and beautiful, palm trees, two-story buildings, we lived on the second floor, cleanliness near the pools, the water in the pools is cold for me, but I’m cold, normal people should be normal, but for people like me near our building had a heated pool)) The fact that it takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea or 5 minutes to go did not bother us a bit. The sea is clean and warm; hours at 10-11. I can’t rate the water park, because I am a seal - the sea and the beach are my space, slides and extreme sports are not for me. The little one liked the water park in the neighboring four, in ours they didn’t let her go on steep slides, and she ran the rest and said - this is for small fry)) so next year we will try to get into the top four.

Regarding the room - everything is new, the plumbing is shiny, the taps work, they do not fall off, the hot water is hot)) the pressure is good, the toilet is flushed, the drains are not clogged. There is an electric kettle, hair dryer, a small refrigerator. The air con is buzzing, but we fell asleep under it without any problems. The man cleaned well, the bed was clean, fresh, towels were changed daily, the supply of water, soap, shampoo, paper was also replenished daily, at the end of the week a whole battery of extra ones gathered)) she left a dollar a day, I didn’t strain, but it’s nice for a person. They turned on the telly a couple of times, found the TNT channel, watched gum. We did not look for shortcomings, they are so small that they did not affect the overall pleasant impression.
Nutrition. As for me, the choice is huge, I can’t understand those who write that the food is bad - yes, of course, something tasty, but something better, but thanks to the huge variety, we always found something to eat and drink. There is no pork - it doesn’t matter, there is delicious beef, chicken, turkey, disgusting sausages - sausages - but delicious cheese, scrambled eggs and tomatoes with mazzarella, tasteless pancakes - but there are delicious donuts, disgusting wine - there is beer and cocktails. For dinner, a variety of grilled dishes: meat, fish, shrimp, eggplant - delicious!
Service. The staff is very good-natured and friendly, I was especially struck by their attitude towards children - after a couple of days everyone knew the little one by name, everyone tries to speak, make fun, pinch) I could calmly lie around the pool, drink cocktails and not worry about the little one: wherever she goes went on the territory of the hotel - they will look after her and feed her)) Never met a dismissive or boorish attitude.
What I didn't like: the fact that the pools are closed very early - at five o'clock, I would still be happy to flounder in the evening. I also want to draw your attention to the fact that there are quite a lot of flies in the evenings and mosquitoes, although they are poisoned daily, I don’t advise you to sleep with an open balcony - they will fly into the room and you will jump with a newspaper on the walls for half the night.
