The hotel was chosen for a honeymoon, so there were some bonuses for us, namely a fruit basket, bathrobes and slippers. Coincidentally, my wife's birthday fell on the third day of rest, so we were congratulated with a cake. They offered to decorate a place in an a la carte restaurant for money, but we had other plans, so we refused. This event is more suitable for children than for adults.
Now more about the hotel. Huge beautiful area. The hotel itself is decorated in an oriental style, all kinds of turrets are everywhere, architecturally conceived in the form of a palace. Inside there are many soft sofas, cleanliness, impeccable style. The room is spacious, clean, new furniture, everything works, daily cleaning, change of towels on request, change of linen every three days. Almost all rooms have a view of the pools. Ours was one of them.
The water park is unbelievably cool. Sooo high hills. In the summer, you have time to dry before you go upstairs. The coolest is the red slide, the green one is also fast, my wife liked the black and yellow one. For those who have a rest with small children, there is a specially designated area with small slides. The first three days we did not even go to the sea. Experienced various slides. On the fourth day we went to sea. And just the sea is a big minus of the hotel. You need to go to the sea through the Aqua Blu hotel, then cross the road, then stomp through the local quarter, go to a non-residential hotel, walk along its territory, take the elevator down the cliff. And voila - in front of you is a shallow bay, where recreational submarines and boats with a transparent bottom park. There are no corals, the entrance to the water is on the stairs. From the pleasant - a food court on the beach, where you can dine with snacks so as not to return to the hotel. You can also get to the sea by a small minibus, which departs from the hotel reception. But he walks by the clock and is almost packed.

Therefore, we were at sea only 2 times. To fully enjoy the coral reefs, we booked a trip to Ras Mohamed on a yacht from the operator redsitravel, which turned out to be much cheaper than from the guide. Our friends went with them to Cairo and were also satisfied. For entertainment. At the hotel, we met only children's animators, evening programs are boring. You can go to the show 1001 nights. But what is depressing is that the show takes place every day and thunders near the hotel until 23:00. Oriental music, which at first was interesting on the seventh day, already caused irritation.
The food at the hotel is very good, everything is fresh, a good selection of dishes, there is seafood, delicious sweets, friendly waiters and bartenders in restaurants and bars, dishes are clean, tables are cleaned on time. We are not sure that we will return to this hotel again, but we will definitely keep the Albatros chain in mind.
