We arrived at 9 am and were at the hotel by 10.30 am. We were promised check-in after 12.00. Although the check-in time is from 14.00.
Communicating with the administrator, we very politely asked to give us two Family rooms, although there were two standards in the reservation. A friendly administrator worked at the reception and already at 12.30 we were given cards from the Family rooms. Our room was on the first floor, in a quiet place and overlooked the cold pool 8334.8336 for those with children, it is quiet and peaceful there.
The room is clean, modern with a large shower, consists of two rooms separated by sliding doors. Bathrobes and slippers were brought to the room upon request. There is a kettle in the room (tea, sugar, instant coffee). The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.
Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed and sheets are changed twice. Bring mosquito repellent and a fumigator to your room. Mosquitoes are biting here.
The staff is friendly, if we were in the room, asks when you can come to clean.
Towels for the beach are issued once a day, near the foot court and they work from 7.30 to 17.00. From the rooms to the main restaurant, walk about 3 minutes. But if you went out for breakfast and plan to go to the beach, then it is better to take towels right away so as not to run back and forth.
