They refused and began to understand. After two hours and the intervention of our tour operator, we were given our number. Spacious but old. The Internet is very weak, they offer to buy 3 GB costs $ 10, but they deceive, they give less and for many it does not work (they complained in front of me).
The food in the restaurant is terrible, there were no fruits at all and there was little variety, the next day the child started vomiting and diarrhea, they called the guide and asked for help - he answered that this did not concern him. In the following days the whole family went through this.
