The hotel is just awful! Upon check-in, they gave the keys and asked for money for a beautiful view. The room is dirty, the furniture is probably from the time of the pharaoh. It's scary to sit on the toilet, dirty and cracked. Were removed very badly, although a tip was left. There were three of us, but they could bring one tube of shampoo or not bring it, and two bottles of water were brought for 13 days (although every day they came up and said that there were three of us). The neighbors in the room had ants and huge cockroaches flew in)). The food is absolutely terrible! Fed three times, no snacking. For breakfast, you could stand for 30 minutes for scrambled eggs, and there was almost nothing else. There were also pancakes, which were baked by the same cook who made the scrambled eggs. I threw them unbaked, just white dough, shame!! ! The tomato is rotten, everyone sat on the pots the whole vacation from their food! There was also fresh grated carrots, white cabbage, red cabbage, Chinese cabbage, also rotten, beets, hot peppers, limes and boiled eggs. Super breakfast!! ! One plus - everyone lost weight))). Fruit was for dinner on the issuance (slightly). Meat is also handed out, or rather chicken (one piece). The potatoes are not washed, they creak on the teeth. Buns of the same kind. Tables and chairs are dirty, you can't put your hand, you immediately stick. They do not wash off the tables, they just brush them off with napkins, and then they put the same napkins back.
Flies around. Toothpicks are only in the bar, apparently so that the beer does not get stuck))). Everything is cooked to the max! Coffee can be drunk for free only in the morning, and then for $ 1 and only in one bar. Coffee powder is also not tasty. Tea is only black and only for breakfast, but in the bar you can drink it for free during the day and even have green tea. The beer in the bars ended an hour after the opening of the bar, but if you give the bartender money, they will pour it. (The beer is delicious) Only one good bartender was there, but he rarely came. The air conditioning in the room worked well, it was not at the reception, nor in the lobby. Terrible heat. We were evicted at 12.00, taken away at 18.20, you can only wash on the beach and save yourself from the heat only in the sea))). We went on an excursion and asked for lunch boxes (I will attach a photo), a shame, a small green peach with a piece of dirt (sorry I didn’t take it off) and rotten vegetables, and three pieces of bread with something similar to cheese))). The reef near the hotel is dead , but there are fish (they feed the locals).
Regarding excursions: the biggest swindlers are hotel guides. We were deceived several times. The first time I promised on a sightseeing tour an unusual view of the city at dinner in a cafe, as a result, the windows were covered with paper and even if there weren’t, there were cafes inside the buildings (although the dinner was delicious). The second time with an excursion to the Ras Mohamed reserve, we were brought to a half-dead reef with almost no fish, we swam for about 15 minutes and left. And it was the same at the next stop. Then they landed on a white island, which we did not order (it was on another excursion). We asked the guide who accompanied us, what kind of fraud was this? We were told that large boats should not drift near beautiful reefs (although other teams, as it turned out later, sailed with their guests on beautiful reefs. Our boat was called ADHAM. We asked if they had a photographer, to which we received the answer that he was sleeping. At all There were photographers on the yachts besides ours. Apparently we were not lucky, but the guide told everything so beautifully, said what beautiful corals we would see and fish, showed pictures!!!

Then he offered us an excursion to Cairo, to the pyramids for $120 per person, saying that we would get there in five and a half hours. Lies!! ! All the buses there from Sharm travel in the same column, accompanied by the police, and the road takes ALL the same time (9 hours), as everyone is waiting for each other. As a result, we booked a tour via the Internet for $45 and had a great trip!! ! On the beach near this hotel (if someone still goes there) a young man named Ahmed walks and offers various excursions for little money, of excellent quality. Tested by us and many tourists. To Tiran for 10 bucks - a gorgeous reef and a sea of ​ ​ u200bu200bbeautiful fish! We also have one local named "Misha". He can bring any product for a penny! It has the cheapest prices, it is not traded.
About the animation: there are 4 guys, they try very hard, but what can they do if, for example, a column is broken, and there is no one to repair it, etc. Animation only on the beach and in the evening children's disco in a hut on the way to the beach. There is no Internet. We bought a SIM card for $10 at the airport. They said 18 gigabytes. Of course they deceived, but there is no way to check. The hotel is on the outskirts, there is nowhere to go around the mountain of sand, only to go for 15-20 dollars. Ukrainians fly to this hotel for 200 bucks, Kazakhs for 300, we for 733, and our neighbors for 1000, although we are from the same city. Fine? I do not recommend the hotel!! !
