Since we refused to pay, we were not returned the leggings and socks forgotten in that room. Everything is held together by snot, not just that sink. The door opened with the door frame, the toilet was unstable, the bathtub was peeled off, things were soiled on the closet and puffs were made, the curtains were dusty and with holes, curly hairs were everywhere, like pubic ones, both in bed and in the bathroom. Duvet covers do not exist, a stained blanket is laid between two sheets. Towels are worse than floorcloths.
2. Beach. You need to walk a little, you can drive up, no problem. Beach towels are even worse than bath towels, they will give clean ones for a fee, but you need to pay extra every time. The beach bartender drains the leftovers and gives them to other people. He takes lemon into a cocktail straight with his fingers, reacts inadequately to comments. Everything is warm, diluted and non-carbonated. For a surcharge, they will pour better, but you need to pay extra every day, otherwise tomorrow they already don’t remember you. Sunbeds are worn out and not enough for everyone. The beach is quite clean, the entrance is from the pontoon, there are fish. You can’t feed the fish, but for $ 1 you can
3. Food. The variety is small, but you won't go hungry. There is no juice or fresh juice for breakfast. No glass of wine for lunch or whiskey for dinner either. There is no alcohol in the canteen at all !! ! Alcohol is only in the lobby, by the pool or on the beach. But then again... the tables are sticky and there are flies everywhere, even crawling on food. Crumbs are swept from the tables by hand.

4. Entertainment. Animation is good, well done guys. In the morning and in the afternoon on the beach they will not let you get bored, in the evening there is also a program, then a disco. But (! ) Without drinks (((if your throat is dry or you want to raise your mood, you need to run 250 meters to the lobby bar.
5. Territory. Pretty pretty and clean. The pools are unheated, so very icy in winter. Lots of flies and crows. I personally saw (sorry I didn’t film) how the cleaner washed the crow shit from the floor and sunbeds with a brush, and washed the brush in the pool. There are ruins and construction around the hotel. The old town is 25 km away, hotel taxi drivers ask for $25, bring down prices to $12-15 or take a walk to the highway and get there by bus for $1 per person.
6. Staff, administration and hotel guide. The staff is just waiting for you to give them a chocolate bar or $, the cleaners in the room do not clean at all, they put some water, make the bed and FSE. Even the toilet is not always put, you have to beg. If you leave them a dollar, they still won’t wash the floor, but with dirty hands they will wind up beautiful figures from towels. Admins at the reception are rare TV @ ri. Don't ask for anything. An additional pillow, or cleaning, or relocation... they relocate for $ 10, you start to swear or ask for no money - they pretend that they do not understand Russian.
The hotel guide is just pi@r@s. The fact that he sells excursions at exorbitant prices is understandable, he has such a job, to breed tourists for money and make himself the most important person on your vacation, supposedly only he solves all problems. Toward the end of our stay in this shithole, we were more actively pressed for that $45 for their old, faulty sink. The guide Shadi and from the reception called and threatened that we would have problems during the eviction, they intimidated and harassed us, they did not give us a pass. We met guys whose sink collapsed at night too! That is, our case is not an isolated one, it is on their stream... everything is old, everything is collapsing, and instead of repair, the management is trying to rip off money from vacationers. We got together with these guys to talk with the management, they abruptly "stopped" speaking and understanding Russian. In general, we called the police, no one paid anything, but half a day of time was spent on this trial, and a lot of nerves. I don't recommend this bowl to anyone. Don't ruin your good vacation with this bad place.
