We took a tour in February for three weeks and really regretted it. Disgusting, dirty hotel, I don't understand why it has such good reviews. Of the entire water park, only 2 slides were working. The heated pool was 18 degrees maximum, the music near the pool was so loud that after an hour my head started to hurt. The hotel is oriented towards locals and the attitude towards others is like why they came here in general. The rooms are all broken, we changed three rooms until they gave us a room where everything works. Everything is dirty and shabby. The food seems delicious but there is very little choice and the same thing every day. In general, we rested in this wonderful hotel for a week and, thanks to the tour operator, we moved to a normal hotel. In general, if you don’t want to ruin your vacation, don’t come here.
