The first time we were in Egypt, the hotel was recommended by the manager of the travel agency. He advertised it very much, the manager was an Arab himself (probably getting a kickback from the hotel) because there are a lot of tourists, the quality of service is 0, there is also discrimination if you are from Ukraine, (the difference comes from bracelets ). The reviews were bad when I started to get acquainted with the description of the hotel, I wanted to change it, but they assured me that this was not true and this was the best one for our 600 u. e (whomever they asked later, their trip cost turned out to be from 370 y. e to 430) and we They didn't even offer a discount.
In real life, everything was as they wrote in the reviews, starting with the negative near the airport, when we were waiting to be put on a bus that would take us to the hotel (Gergez is his name, he stood arrogantly and talked, laughed... and we waited for him to finish the conversation, tired and with suitcases), then the pressurized reception, immediately infa a normal room 20c. u. the room itself is dirty, dust, the bed on which someone slept, water with sand in the shower, the refrigerator leaked, it's terrible. loss of 15y. e-1pc, they barely explained that they didn’t give out upon arrival (still with such accommodation they need to cut more dough). For Italians, natural coffee, bottled water for free, for us soluble in plastic cups (everything). breakfast is meager, except for an omelette there is nothing (there is a queue for it), lunch and dinner similar and more diverse, but on the 4th day everything gets boring because it repeats, after olives with worms I didn’t want to eat there anymore... Everywhere a scam for money and a catch, they carried documents and money with them (so calmer). I don’t understand why this hotel they recommend it, and the stench of Berberluzha urine in the territory and an incredible stink of mosquitoes in the evening. I do not recommend this hotel, the rest was ruined.
