My review of this hotel is extremely negative. I knew it was a budget hotel and didn't expect much comfort. They advertise 4 stars, but I would have given it 1 star!

This isn't the first time I've used these types of tours. But what I encountered was shocking!

The main issue was the outright rudeness of the managers in the lobby!

The problems began upon check-in. When I boarded the transfer bus, I immediately warned the attendant that I had a Standard Garden View
(Beach Area) 1AD room, right on the beachfront. He wanted to avoid taking me to the upper building. For those traveling there, and especially the managers, I'll tell you right away that the hotel is divided into two parts: VIEW SHARM, located about 500 meters from the beach, and SHARM BEACH, located directly on the beach. Both are located on a steep hill, and to get from the beach to VIEW SHARM, you have to climb steps. This didn't suit me at all.
The attendant assured me he understood everything, saw my voucher, smiled kindly, and took me straight to the upper level. Quite the opposite! I absolutely didn't want to stay there. There were people on the bus waiting to move on. At the lobby, they persistently insisted that I was on the upper level. The argument lasted for about an hour. People on the bus waited.

Unable to bear it, the attendant loaded my suitcase back onto the bus and off we went. We dropped people off at two more hotels and returned to Queen Sharm, this time to the lower level. The attendant left me at the check-in counter and quickly left.

At the check-in counter, they spent a long time explaining to me that I had purchased the upper level. The contract clearly stated SHARM BEACH – directly on the beach. I refused. The whole argument lasted for 2 HOURS. I managed to contact customer service. A girl named Svetlana answered and (WARNING) explained it to me like this: Verbatim: You see how many people have arrived. They don't have any available rooms!
Apparently they don't understand what a contract is.
Seeing that I wasn't leaving the reception desk and was raising my voice (people were starting to gather), the hotel managers finally found the room I had booked. When I inspected the room, I immediately refused it. Everything was terrible there. I was given another room IMMEDIATELY!! ! They found rooms available!

In this room, number 4414: On the Joinup website, they advertise the room as having a balcony or terrace. There's none of that. Instead of a garden view, there's a dirty area (photo attached).
1. The water in the bathroom was coming from both the overhead shower, which was firmly attached to the wall, and the lower faucet at bathtub level. The diverter didn't work. The water was already running very slowly, and sometimes it would stop completely. They promised to fix it. I waited three days. They explained to me that they had to tear down the wall. I unscrewed the shower-faucet diverter myself. I took it to the lobby and didn't leave. 30 minutes later, they screwed in a regular faucet (photo attached), and the problem was solved. It was really hard to wash. The water flowed very poorly. All the guests complained about the poor water supply.
2. The bathtub was completely rusty, so much so that the metal scratched your feet. I've attached a photo.
3. The sink drain wouldn't close or open. But pulling the wire underneath would open it.
4. The sink-to-countertop connection was moldy. I've attached a photo.
5. Mold along the tile joints.
6. I've attached a photo of the broken wall by the front door.
7. They advertised a flat-screen TV. In reality, it was a cube from last century. The remote didn't work. I took it to the lobby. They promised to return it. The remote never arrived.

The hotel is located on a steep hill. This isn't a complaint, just information. You have to climb stairs all the time. The elevator is only in the central building, and it was often out of order. Those staying in the upper building had to climb numerous stairs the entire way. This isn't a problem for young people. But those over 60 shouldn't go there simply because of the stairs. Read all the reviews. The restaurant is on the third floor. There's no elevator.

Food: Everyone says: "You won't go hungry. " I'm not picky, but the managers should go there and try the coffee—all inclusive. There's no way to describe it! It smells like chlorine!

Beach: If you arrive after 9:00 PM, there won't be any available sunbeds. There's a clear discrepancy between the number of guests and the number of sunbeds. You have to search for a sunbed with the help of a lifeguard.
The entrance to the sea is very rocky. In light waves, you can fall. The pontoon rocks. You can fall. Again, not for those 60+!
Dear managers of all travel agencies! It's best to say it bluntly: DON'T TAKE THIS TOUR. And the others are just as bad. The client will still be there, but he'll be satisfied.

Terrible stay
I don't recommend this hotel. The food is disgusting, you don't feel like eating on the fourth day, and by the fifth day, you're disgusted. The fish is black, the pastries are dry, especially in the morning, so if you come late, there's nothing to eat. All the dishes in this cafeteria—it can't even be called a restaurant—are all broken, the cups have no handles, and it's hard to find a spoon. The cafeteria is on the fifth floor, so you have to walk up there. Yes, there's an elevator that takes you to the reception area on the second floor, but that's still no help. The elevator doesn't always work.
If you imagine staying on the second line as a shortcut to the beach, in this so-called hotel, it's a walk up to the fifth floor.

When we checked in, we found a long black hair on the bed. They don't know anything about hygiene here. There's no running water, or the pressure is so low that washing is problematic. The pools are all cold.
They're upgrading for $30.50. The question is, why? I'll spend that extra money and stay somewhere else, with good service, accommodations, and food. By the way, the price isn't cheap.
The pontoon is dangerous; the lifeguard was only there for four days.

I won't write about the Italians; plenty has already been written.

To sum it up, the hotel is terrible. There's no point in us staying there. There are other hotels where you can have a much more enjoyable vacation.
