A bathroom without enamel is generally dirty, rusty. Tea is sold with pressure, they say the fee is 1 person leaves $ 1.2 people $ 2, etc. The drink is served from plastic cups of 125 grams. Water can be collected in the same cups only at bars, you can get a bottle of 0.5 water only for money. At the same time, Italians are served drinks in glassware (glasses). Food: you won’t die of hunger, but there’s no variety either, you haven’t eaten pasta since the evening, eat it in a salad tomorrow. Staff attitude is terrible. Entertainment is missing no dancing, nothing. They steal money from rooms when they are "removed" because they carried everything with them. When everywhere they didn’t give cards for towels, vacationers who left reported that they were required to pay $ 10, allegedly for losing the card. Oh yes, cappuccino or a date is also charged. The wifi in the hotel lobby is very poor. Animators from Ukraine are insulted in front of guests, but if you intercede, we will hang on you. I talked with someone I met from other hotels and definitely overpaid. If you are traveling only for the sea and the sun and it doesn’t matter to you what conditions this hotel is quite. But if you pay money, then for comfort and a normal relationship. Because even though the hotel is bad, they charge no less money for it than for a good one. We had a delayed flight so settled in the Hilton hotel this is a wonderful hotel, the staff is excellent, attitude, cleanliness, food everything is perfect. Have a good rest everyone.
