The hotel is very disappointing!
1) Hotel. Old, dirty. The staff is very lazy, but they love tea very much and demand it directly. They speak Russian and English equally and not very well, but all the staff speak Italian fluently. All foreigners get blue ribbons, all Arabs orange and all Slavs yellow. Of course, the blue ribbons serve much better and they have more privileges. Line one, the pantone is not very long, the reef is beautiful and there are a lot of fish. The water in the sea is warmer than in the pool. There is no heated pool, the water is cool, but you can get used to it. There are slides, but they turn them on for a couple of hours, but for small children, slides without falling water are creepy nonsense, that is, you need to somehow water the slide yourself so that the child can move out.
The hotel itself is located near El Mercato, where you can buy fruits, and souvenirs, and teas, and oils, and swimming masks, and water, and sweets, and almost anything.

Walk, walk, smoke a hookah, there are cafes there. A little further is the Fares fish restaurant, but the prices are wild, 1 kg of ready-made large langoustine shrimp costs $ 32, or you can take a taxi from the hotel (there is a guy near the reception) for $ 5 (round trip) to go to the Old City and buy 1 kg of ready-made shrimp for $ 12 and at the same time walk around the bazaar and also buy a lot of things or just look at the New Mosque (very beautiful). Once we turned off the lights in the entire hotel for 2 hours, and all the staff pretended that everything was fine and this was not a problem. Wi fi in the lobby is good, but we bought a Vodafon card in the Old City for $4 with 1.5GB.
2) Number. They put us in a room overlooking the wall, dirty, with a smell, the balcony door did not close. Divorce. We decided to change immediately, they offered to pay extra for a room with a pool view and $30 with a sea view, we agreed for $10 with a pool view.
We were traveling with a child, asked to bring a crib, they brought it to us, but we had to remind him 3 times and we got it 5 hours later, at 23:00. We did not ask to clean, we gave the cleaner 2 times a week for $ 1, so that the towels were changed and the garbage was thrown out. Refrigerator is not cold. Bottled water is not provided in the rooms for free (although many hotels do). There are mosquitoes in the rooms, they fly through the hood, although we did not turn it on, the fumigators do not help much, like the spray, we were bitten badly. Neighbors also complained that they had ants in their room and bite painfully. We did not have.
3) Food. The breakfast is terrible. Every day, scrambled eggs, corn flakes, jams and a huge amount of pastries are from edible food, and they also give terrible sausage, the same cheese and cottage cheese mixture. We somehow got along, but it was more difficult for the child. Although the blue ribbons were given vegetables and pasta for breakfast, this is certainly not terribly pleasant. Lunch and Dinner, quite pleased us.
Chicken, beef (but not every day), fish, lots of vegetables, soups, pasta, rice, potatoes, stewed vegetables, a lot of buns and bread, a lot of sweets, but not enough fruit, either melon and orange, or bananas and dates. The meat is given in portions, but you can ask for more. They can ask for blue ribbons for a whole chicken and they are given them. The beach bar serves pizza, some vegetables and sometimes pasta. Even during lunch, every day they catch people who handed over the keys in the morning and do not have the right to dine for free, which creates a crowd and confusion.

4) Drinks. Alcohol in the hotel starts at 12:00, even before that time you can not drink beer. They finish pouring around 00:00, sometimes at 23:00. Wine is free only in the dining room, at the pool bar already for money. Water, even in a glass, cannot be taken out of the dining room. Tea, coffee, water, juices, soft drinks and sodas are all there. You can’t fill bottles with water, but blue ribbons are filled.
You can buy a bottle of water at the bar for 10 pounds, and in the Sarny City or El Mercato for 5 pounds. All drinks are served in disposable plastic cups, although blue ribbons drink drinks from glass.
But!! ! If you give $2 each day to the senior bartender at the pool bar ($1 in the morning and $1 in the evening), then they give you drinks in a glass, they even bring them to the table, they clean them from the table, they serve them before the rest, sometimes even before the blue ribbons . You can also lie on a sun lounger with a glass goblet. For $2 a day, you conditionally get a blue ribbon and the service at the bar becomes chic, and at the lobby bar too, because the same bartender works there. Well, it's better to pay than to go and complain about discrimination.
5) Animation. Charging at 11, volleyball at 12, somehow there was darts, once at 12.30 there was water aerobics, every day at 16.00 yoga. At 20.30 there is a mini disco for children, but it seems to be non-existent, children do not go there. And already at 21.
30 the show program starts, they are conducted in 4 languages: Arabic, Russian, English, Italian. Usually participate yellow ribbons (our Slavs). Now Mr. Hotel, then Miss Hotel, then a couple of a hotel, then a dancing couple of a hotel, then guessing melodies. Everything takes place on the street, like a summer theater, not far from the pool bar. Again, mosquitoes. But it's nice that it's not in a smoky room.
6) Fumigation. It is held every day at 18.00 and they are poisoned with smoke. Then there is a terrible stench, like a scorched solarium. But mosquitoes and flies are apparently terribly tenacious, because they still exist.

And I want to write separately for how we left the hotel. At night, they turn off the elevator and we had to drag our baggage up the stairs on our own, we were not even offered help for money. We left the room at 4 am. I asked for a glass of water, to which I was told that everything was closed at night and I had to wait until the airport.
They gave a dry breakfast with them, but there were only rolls with terrible cheese and sausage, one black banana and an orange. Everything!! ! No juice, no water.

My conclusion is this. It is very good to fly from winter to summer and it is good, of course, to pay little for it. But it’s better to pay a little extra and fly to a normal hotel or find a gopy ticket. It is clear that the sun, the sea and the heat pleased us, and we met nice people, but the hotel does not pull on 4 stars, these are 3 stars !! ! If you are ready for Egyptian 3 stars, then yes, but if not, then this hotel is not for you. Personally, I do not recommend!
