My husband and I were in Egypt for the first time, having read reviews, the mood before the flight was not very good, but we decided that we would look at it upon arrival and decide there. We settled in without any problems, in order to avoid disappointment, we immediately asked for a room with a sea view and away from the hustle and bustle, no one asked for money and did not set conditions, we ourselves immediately paid 30 ye at the reception - a nice, clean, spacious room with a balcony, gorgeous view and without neighbors. Our cleaner Abdul, cleaned the room and changed linen every day, nothing was touched from personal things, but flowers and figurines from towels daily! Snow-white and soft towels, there are no smells of nasty laundry)) we left 1 dollar in the form of thanks (do you change linen and towels at home every day? do not be greedy) The staff is friendly, and communication in any language you speak - Russian, English, Italian, Arabic, German - is not intrusive, polite and smiling. If you are human, then you will be smiling, but if you are rude, be prepared for an answer! On vacation like Tagiyil! ! - even we were disgusted and ashamed to look ((
As for food - normal and varied (except for sausage and cheese, but I couldn’t even eat them in Germany) - fish (I don’t eat), meat - beef, chicken, duck, lyulya, meatballs))) potatoes, very tasty rice and grilled vegetables, feta bomba, about the abundance of sauces and salads, I can describe for a long time, but do not forget about the peculiarities of tastes in another country. Fruits, pastries, cakes - the people ! ! are you fried! ? everything in abundance!! ! If you want water in a glass - take yourself a glass, what's the problem? Drink alcohol and soda. By the pool in the bar, Abdul is strict and not always friendly, it's a fact, but Anuar is always cheerful and friendly) There is a strain with water - yes! But in the desert, water is a value, they even recycle waste water !!! ! to water the lawn. We made it easier - 1.5 liters cost 1 ue, but 6 liters cost only 2 ue))) just walk 10 minutes to the store and the issue is resolved!
Yes, there are mosquitoes - take a fumigator and mosquito spray with you, do you take sunscreen!?
But most importantly, take a mask and fins, and slippers for corals from a long pontoon to dive into this living aquarium - a fairy tale!
