I'll start from the settlement! We arrived in the evening, brought us to our hotel and then it all started. They gave us the key to the room, we went to look, when we entered the room we were shocked, the room was not cleaned after other tourists, bottles and glasses of champagne, garbage and dirt. We said that we do not want to live in this room because it is dirty, at the reception they said if you want a normal room then $ 20 we did not agree, then we were told $ 10 We had to agree there was no other choice, we did not want to spend the night in a dirty room after someone room. The suitcase porter brazenly demanded $1 had to be paid. The shower in the room is very bad, it takes a very long time to set up the shower to wash, the air conditioner worked perfectly! There were two chairs on the balcony and there should be a table like in other rooms, we asked for a table but they didn’t give it to us, they probably wanted to rip off money again. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it does not work, but just for the interior, our guide told us so. The rooms are not cleaned, only if you give $ 1 then they will remove it. We didn't even have toilet paper, so we had to hunt down the cleaner and beg for it.
About food! The food is very specific and not tasty! There is almost nothing impossible except cucumbers and tomatoes. There is almost no meat and fish, one small piece is given out per person, and this is called all inclusive! It is impossible to drink drinks, in the hotel there are only jupis, specific lemonades and plain water. We only drank water. Drinks in disposable cups, only Arabs are given glassware.
The hotel area is small, the pools are dirty, there are no toilets, only one at the reception and in the room, of course, so if you want to use the toilet on the beach, you have to go all the way to the room. The beach is beautiful and big, lots of sunbeds and no crowds. There is no entry into the sea, entry is only from a pontoon, the depth there is immediately 25m. We don’t know how to swim, we bought a life jacket in a hotel store for $ 8, of course the sea is beautiful and there are many very beautiful fish.

About the staff! I have never seen such arrogance and such arrogance in my life! They do not know the measure, they are annoying, very arrogant. The manager of this hotel is somehow preoccupied, when he sees me, he says the word sex and that he wants me and declares his love. The cleaner is rude and cunning. The bartenders at the bar pester and haunt, in the dining room the same thing, it is impossible to eat calmly. The attendants must be trained and they have no right to behave this way with vacationing tourists.
I will not return to this hotel for anything in my life!! ! Even if they pay me to go there! My rating out of 10 points is 0. Please do not spoil your nerves and money, do not go to this hotel for anything!
