We were looking for a vacation tour for a very long time, since everyone had vacations according to dates and there wasn’t much to choose from. This hotel turned out to be the most attractive of the options offered to us. I read the reviews after paying, but I reassured myself that last year, having torn out the hotel and read the reviews, I was very upset, but when I arrived there, I realized how the mood would be like that and the rest, and that everyone has their own opinion. With this hotel, I assure you, all the bad reviews are reality, and that one more!
The hotel itself consists of 2 zones, the upper (2nd line) - mostly local Arabs live there, there is a restaurant, a swimming pool, slides, a bar. and lower (1st line) - its own restaurant, swimming pool, access to the sea. I was surprised that all the staff who met us did not understand anything in Russian. We tried for a long time to explain who we are and where we came. We were simply given cards with numbers and the young man, without explaining anything, grabbed our suitcases and dragged us up to the second line. we could barely keep up with him.
But the surprises did not end there - in our room the light in the toilet and the corridor did not work, there were no towels, soap in the dispenser and the ventilation in the toilet smelled terribly of dead meat (apparently a dead mouse, of which there are simply darkness). friends in the room have the same situation. we didn't unpack and let go of this man and the cleaners until everything was tidied up and filled with soap and towels.

Well, everything seemed to be going well. settled in, the bed is more or less clean... let's swim in the pool. we went straight to the lower level, about 5 minutes walk down, there....a nightmare. terribly killed cover (such as a lawn), cigarette butts, plastic cups, scraps of food - horror. We decided to try some kind of cocktail - but when we saw these thin plastic cups....what a cocktail, alcohol is poured to the bottom and make a cocktail of UPI, sprite, cola whatever you want, only this same sprite-fanta-cola is at a certain time, and water is drained from tanks in the dining room and in bars at a certain time, that is, if you want to drink water at 12 at night, you will not have such an opportunity.
And I want to note - they don’t put water in the mini-bar, but if you fill your plastic bottle with water at the bar for an excursion, for example, or just go to the sea and drink there - nifiga, they will yell that you can’t do this and almost pull out hand bottles. in general, we didn’t go to the first line to swim anymore, only to the sea. it was more and more neat on our second line, but the same gobies and cups did not go away, only seeds were added, but the cleaners ran around quite often cleaned everything, so there was not much discomfort.
The only negative of all this (ie swimming in the pool on the second line) was the presence of Arab men who were not shy and stared at the girls, which was a bit unpleasant. food on the first line in the main restaurant is terrible, there is no choice, cleaning and does not smell. on the second line it is more varied, clean, tidy, but the variety will not please you already on the 4th day, because the cereals are the same, the meat is the same, there are practically no fruits, and salads....well, chopped cabbage, cucumbers , tomatoes in different compositions.
We weren't hungry, but we wanted more. There are no snacks, I would say so. there is their local baked pita bread at 15:00, but you don’t get much of a fried piece of dough. for us it was a problem, since we had a diabetic in the company, and I could not think that I would have to worry about such a trifle as a snack and rubbing, I apologize for the expression, bananas or rolls from a restaurant. Animation....this is a continuous grief. all the staff do not understand Russian, or understand but sooooo little, at the level of "hello, how are you, good. "

We were at 2 competitions - we left so as not to die of boredom. cleaning the room is a separate issue, after each cleaning there is not enough towels, then there is no soap, but there is no bedspread. In general, I can say that this hotel is living out its last days and does not pull on a 4-ku, except for a 3-ku with food and that's it. Do not waste your money, pay a little extra and get a more pleasant stay than in this murdered hotel.
The advantage of the hotel is its location - close to shopping and entertainment centers, tajmahal, palace 1000 and 1 night, water park, bazaar - they saved themselves there, bought fruits, souvenirs and so on.
By the way, there were 10 days, we specially took the 10th day to eat normally, since we arrive in Kyiv, and we still have to go from Kyiv to Kharkov. so, at 12:00 they cut off our bracelets and cuckoo until 8 pm. I began to resent, they say, how so, we paid for food, they clarified with the tour operator that if we get to dinner with departure from the hotel, then dinner will be - in response to us - these are the rules of the hotel. give your hands here.
Well, they left one bracelet for us, since he was a diabetic, but this did not stop us all from going together and having lunch and dinner. but the attitude is boorish, do those 15 people checking out from the hotel really cause such damage for 2 meals? They paid for the accommodation, and you already save on everything, and this is also...... A NIGHTMARE, not a separate one!
