Говно-отель, хуже не бывает!!! Shit-hotel, worse does not happen!!!

At the Queen Sharm Resort (ex. Vera Club) we rested from September 15 to September 23. First of all, I want to say that it was the most terrible vacation of all time. We went to rest with a couple of friends, we and they are newlyweds, we decided to arrange a honeymoon for ourselves. Adventures began from the very arrival, at the reception. We were met by a local worker, gave us the keys to a smelly and old room on the first line. Near the reception are constantly rubbing suspicious-looking guys who, as it turned out later, are porters of things. But the joke is that if you don’t give them your suitcase or room keys, they won’t even take you to your place of stay, because then you won’t have to pay them a dollar. When I nevertheless threw a tantrum and begged at least to be shown in which direction my room was, and it should be said that we arrived at night at 12:00, with grief in half we had to look for housing with my husband ourselves. When we entered this, so to speak, number, we were stunned to say the least: a small dark room, with a window into the wall, smoky dirty, just awful. I returned to the reception already with a scandal, only the employees seemed to be used to this state of affairs, and absolutely did not react to screams, obscenities, or persuasion. After one hour at 3:00 am, we still managed to check in, and only because I knew English and was able to communicate with another person who had to pay $ 20 to change the room. They settled us on the second line, go to the sea for 5-7 minutes from it, but there are at least newer and cleaner rooms. On the second line, in principle, everything is better than on the first, most likely because it is inhabited mainly by Arabs. It has its own small pool with slides, as well as its own restaurant, in which there is no alcohol at all. By the way, you can not wait for drinking water in the rooms. When we just moved in, we realized that we were terribly thirsty. The husband went to the main reception to ask for water in the room, to which he was told: one bottle 1 dollar. This is despite the fact that in the store next to our hotel for a dollar you can buy 2 bottles of water. The restaurant and also the bar have vending machines with water and soda, but they pour water from them into tiny plastic cups. Also, on each machine there is a sticker on which it is drawn that it is impossible to pour water into bottles. The same story with alcohol at the main restaurant. The main bartender is a bald schmuck who dispenses alcohol almost on receipt. By the way, in principle, from alcohol there is only one type of beer, as well as white and red wine. But you can't get drunk, even if you really want to. All alcohol is just awful, I don't know what they do with it, but it's more like baboon or camel urine.
I also had a story with one of the bartenders already at the reception bar. When we left, we wanted to take water with us on the road. With a liter plastic bottle, I went to the bar and tried to pour water from the machine, in a second a bar worker flew up to me. This monkey began to snatch the bottle from my hands, yelled, beat the walls with his fists, this circus was simply to be seen. I did not succumb to this hysteria, took a full bottle of water, and sent the dude just to f***.
A separate story with our guide from the tour operator Flash Tour Egyptian. Imagine, We arrived at 12 at night, checked in at 3:00, before that we were told that at 7:30 in the morning we need to meet with some kind of horseradish, which is our guide, because supposedly if we don’t meet with him, we will have very big problems . Naturally, we didn’t go anywhere, because we just wanted to sleep off or go to the sea. Well, why should I waste my time on an incomprehensible man from whom, in principle, I don’t need anything, and whose main task is to sell me an excursion 5-6 times more expensive than in the city ? ! As it turned out later, people who do not come to meet with the guide, he basically does not consider people. The day before departure, we needed to find out what time our bus to the airport leaves the hotel. I approached our guide Mohammed and asked about this, to which he told me: Are you flying away? Well, thank God! You weren't at the meeting with me, so I won't tell you anything. Get down!

He tried to swear at our friend in Arabic. In the end, we quarreled and just went our separate ways.
In general, the flash tour service leaves much to be desired, and this guide Mohammed is just a rare pig. Yes, we traveled from Sumy, through a local travel agency. All seasons. So: it is they who cooperate with such schmucks, and send people to hell knows where, to hotels that are not even ashamed to call sheds.
In principle, there is no attitude towards people at the main reception, in Ukraine we treat dogs better. In all the buildings that are on the first line, it is very dirty and unkempt, there is simply no service, everywhere they demand money. If we paid 300-400 bucks for two, I might be less indignant, but we paid more than 800, and I expected a service for this money as a minimum.
It should also be said that all-inclusive in the restaurants of this hotel is a lure for tourists. The food is all almost monotonous: pasta, rice, potatoes, but a separate conversation is meat and fish. And the principle of the All Inclusive system of meat and Fish should be plenty, but this hotel does not seem to know about it. Fish with luska, as well as chicken with under-plucked feathers, are given out in portions, if you are lucky in two tiny pieces. Fruits are also a different story - we were given green and tart dates, also a melon frozen in ice that is simply impossible to take into your mouth, still completely dried oranges that looked more like a mummy
Every evening at 6:00, the hotel territory is treated with special smoke from mosquitoes, but we decided that most likely in this way visitors are simply smoked out of the beach, because after this smoke, absolutely all mosquitoes from the area flock to this hotel, and bite so it’s simply impossible be outside, even with insect sprays.

You can tell a lot more than that, since we were already in this department of Hell for 9 days, but I can say one thing for sure - I will never recommend this hotel to anyone in my life! The staff is just disgusting, the food is terrible, the attitude cannot be described in decent words. The only good thing is the area. Well, you come and pay 800 bucks for two, not just to look at the palm trees. It's up to you to decide, but this hotel is not worthy not only of 4 stars, even 2 will be a lot for it. And yes, we don’t go to Egypt anymore, and the travel agency advises you to bypass the tenth road all seasons!
