After reading the reviews, I began to doubt whether I was resting in the right hotel? Or maybe we are very lucky? Because we didn’t feel all the horrors that they write about here. By the way, we are in Egypt for the third time, so there is something to compare with.
1. Settled an hour after arrival, on the first line, on the 2nd floor, with a view of the sea, absolutely no extra charge (previously we always paid 10 dollars). Moreover, when we read at the reception that it was possible to improve our conditions for 20-30 dollars, we were offered to do this without additional payment on the 2nd line, they showed us, we liked it, the furniture and TV were new, we already agreed , but the girl at the reception Lyubasha advised against, warning that there may be interruptions in hot water. So we stayed in our room. The room is quite decent, the servants immediately came, set up the TV, safe, refrigerator. The guy cleaned every day, the towels were snow-white, changed every day, we sometimes left a chocolate bar or $ 1, but not every day, but according to our mood.
2. Nutrition. We were probably lucky, but in our time some Italian "sect" rested there, so the food was excellent. In the evening, when they left, the restaurant was covered in snow-white tablecloths and napkins, and the menu included crabs and other seafood, and for dessert, 3 types of ice cream, wine, and more. When the Italians set sail, we were discouraged, but in vain, nothing fundamentally changed in the diet, however, crabs were no longer observed. But there were 2-3 types of meat, chicken, fish was always for lunch and dinner, and always different, there was often a huge tuna, from which they cut as much as you need. I am surprised to read something about portions in the reviews, I don’t remember any portions, they gave us as much as we wanted (maybe we didn’t want very much? ). Yes, the breakfasts were modest, but fresh croissants were enough for me, I took an omelette several times, there were various cereals with milk, but I don’t eat that, there were pancakes. Yes, I wanted more vegetables for breakfast.

3. Beach. We have never been left without sunbeds, but many take them in advance, putting towels or some things, but the Egyptians are not to blame for this. A significant drawback is the "road" to the pontoon without railings, this is a fact. You get used to it on the second day, but if you have a child with you? Although they probably don’t go to the pontoon with children.
4. The territory is quite normal, green, well-groomed, gardeners constantly worked, planted flowers (in October! ). I never swam in the pool, we also have pools, but there is no Red Sea and no fish, so I can’t say anything.
5. Location of the hotel. Pluses - every day you can walk around the bazaar, shopping, entertainment center, all this is nearby.
6. A year ago I was vacationing next door - in the 5th, Royal Grand Sharm, I can say that it’s better there only in terms of water, they handed out water in bottles, not saving... but paying an extra 500 bucks for two because of the water I think is just stupid. Otherwise, the differences are minimal.
7. In general, we liked it very much. I repeat, I don’t know, maybe we were lucky, but the impressions about the hotel are the most pleasant.
