Were in Sharm 21-27 October. My husband and I enjoyed our vacation. I want to make a reservation right away that we do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, do not drink tea and coffee, do not watch TV. My husband does not eat meat, I try to be moderate in food, as I follow my figure.
Among all the hotels on the first line offered to us at that time, this one was the only one we could afford, for comparison, for the same money, we were offered either the 3rd line, or hotels with dead reefs. So I don't understand people who take the cheapest package and then whine Oooh horror, they give out little booze or there is no choice in food or there is no iron in the room, etc.
I was primarily interested in the SEA - here it is beautiful, you swim like in an aquarium, as they wrote earlier. Multi-colored corals and fish smoothed out all the flaws. The beauty of the underwater world is beyond words. This must be seen.
In short:

- the room is normal, take a fumigator, make sure that the windows are tightly closed (they also ventilate during cleaning), kill mosquitoes;
- the food is normal, the choice is large;
- if for the first time, you can go on a free tour of the city, just before that, study the prices so that you don’t buy anything there twice as much;
- staff - polite;
- the beach is clean, there are free sun loungers;
- the water in the sea is very salty, if it gets into the eyes and nose, it will pinch;
- free wi-fi at the reception;
- there is an ATM on the territory of the hotel where you can exchange dollars for Egyptian pounds (does not issue change in dollars);
- the hotel is generally not the newest, including beds and towels, but quite decent;
- no one demands a dollar, and if they demand it, this does not mean that you have to pay right away : )
For those interested, more details. . .
- We settled late in the evening, fed, the guy took us to the room, although the husband himself carried the bag and we told him that we would not give money.
- Number. Well, for the money, it’s quite a normal room, we had a view of the palm trees, the side is quiet. Everything is clean. There was a hair dryer, TV (never turned on), cool curtains did not let in light. The only thing was that the pressure in the shower was a little junk, but we quickly got used to it. There was always hot water, you could normally swim. There is an additional charge for a room of $ 20 and $ 30, if you want with a view of the pool or the sea, information about this is at the reception. When booking a room, your travel agent always takes the cheapest rooms unless otherwise stated. In other cases, if something does not work, you should be relocated or repaired for free.
ALWAYS, when you enter the room, check that the windows (like a closet) are completely closed on both sides and kill the mosquitoes. Take the fumigator. Windows, like walls, are not soundproof.

- Meeting with the guide. Guide Timur, normal polite guy. We did not buy a single excursion from him, he still communicated normally with us, answered all questions. It is clear that the guide will agitate you to buy a tour from him, this is his job. Before leaving, our friends warned us that excursions with a hotel guide are always more expensive.
- "Free" sightseeing tour of the city. They are being taken in the morning on the second day, while many have not had time to go to the city and find out what the prices are there. Free as we know only cheese in a mousetrap. We were taken to three beautiful places to take pictures (two mosques and a monument), got acquainted with the local history, customs, etc. , in general, it was interesting. Well, then they were taken to the shops, according to the tour guide, the cheapest in the city and there are still discounts there, etc. In fact, the prices there are more expensive, for some goods twice, so if you go, it would not hurt before that get acquainted with the prices in the old market.
- Water. Yes, bottled water is not allowed, such are the rules of the hotel. We dialed a couple of times in the evening from a cooler on the beach, so as not to unnerve the staff. With us, women took as much water and sweet drinks as they wanted, they make remarks mainly to men. In order to have something to drink in the room, we bought two bottles for a dollar at a market not far from the hotel. And since vending machines with drinks were always nearby, wherever we were, there was no need to lug around with a bottle of water.
- Food. As for me, there were a lot of them.

Of course, those who are used to eating borscht or potatoes with meat for breakfast, or I don’t know what you eat at home, since it wasn’t enough for you here, the choice will seem a bit scarce. We had enough. There was always an omelet, cereal with milk, toast, pancakes (not very good, but there were), local sausage and cheese (also so-so), a variety of regular and sweet buns, donuts, several types of jam, chocolate sauce, feta-type cheese, porridge from some kind of legumes, such as pea, fruit salad. For lunch and dinner, there was generally a huge choice, they always found something tasty, I was constantly afraid to overeat, because I wanted to try everything. Meat was given out as much as they wanted, no one was restricted. Although if they gave it out, this is quite understandable, since our comrades think that if everything is inclusive, then you can pick up mountains of food, pick everything with a fork and leave, leaving almost everything that you took on a plate, so that it would be thrown away. On the contrary, I asked for smaller pieces and one at a time.
- Beach. The beach is clean and sandy. There were always free sun loungers under an umbrella. Two entry into the sea. One from the pontoon, one children's beach was called it, you can go shallow, the fish swim right at your feet. Corals are needed there, sea urchins sit in the cracks and the bottom is rocky. The pontoon is plastic, when the waves - staggers. My husband and I held hands and ran, it was a lot of fun. There are two stairs on the pontoon to go down, but we jumped with acceleration.
- WiFi. distributed at the reception free of charge, in the nightingale also catches. It was quite enough for us to contact our relatives and see something if we had any questions. I sincerely don’t understand why else buy a SIM card for $ 5, you can sit at home on the Internet.
- Staff. Here no one is in a hurry, probably such a mentality. The local population is like a mirror. As you treat them, so they treat you. If you speak politely and with a smile, then they will have a corresponding attitude towards you. During our stay, no one stole anything from us, and we did not hear about such cases. Money and valuables were not put in the safe, they were hidden in the old fashioned way. No one was rude or treated with disdain, on the contrary, everyone smiled. Unmarried men show interest in young women, if you do not want to be stared at, take more modest clothes. Then they will look at the face; )
- Prices. Quite normal, you can bargain. We bought a mask for $ 7 (you can find cheaper), a waterproof phone case for $ 3. A box of Turkish Delight costs $1-3 on average. We found a local cheap supermarket, not far from the police, and a wholesale candy store on the outskirts of the old market. Calculated in Egyptian pounds.
- Swimming pool. We swam there one day when the sea was stormy. We went to the second line, across the road, there are fewer people there and there are slides, you can move out a couple of times.

You can write a lot more, a lot of impressions. If you do not find fault with the little things, then everything is fine, but if you constantly look for flaws, you can ruin the rest for yourself and others.
In general, the rest was a success, we met the dawn on the roof, swam a lot, looked at the fish, talked, walked the streets, laughed. If we get a chance, we will definitely come again.
