First of all, I want to say: do not read bad reviews about the hotel! I am writing them whiners, paranoids and losers forever dissatisfied with life, who want to pay $ 380-400 to get a service for 1500 !!
Now for a specific review.
The hotel is fully responsible for the service and conditions paid by you funds! One of its main advantages is the first line!
1. The rooms are clean, cleaning is optional, but not less than once every two days. If you thank the guys cleaning the room with $ 1 or a chocolate bar - you will get into beautiful figurines made of towels and flower petals! There are mosquito problems in the rooms. They are very small, burning and very fast. Contact the cleaners immediately and they will treat the room with funds. By the way, "raptors", etc. don't help. Only local funds. On the first night we followed them to the shops at the reception! The next morning the guys processed everything and there were no more problems. Do it ahead of time!

2. The territory is well-groomed, clean. Everywhere trash cans in the form of jugs. Hotel staff do not throw rubbish on the ground. Therefore, all claims to vacationers!
3. The staff is very attentive and helpful! Do not turn up your nose, talk to them, and you will receive services that far exceed their duties. The guide who met you at the airport distributes leaflets with the rules of conduct. They have a few words in Arabic. Remember how to say hello and thank you. By the way, at the reception when you check in, if you need a room with a sea view, offer $ 20 and a chocolate bar. For any questions, please contact the reception. And you will be happy.
4. There are no complaints about nutrition. Just enough. Wine and beer in the restaurant on the ball. You may have to wait until the chefs bring the dishes that the vacationers snapped up. Sweets are delicious and there are a lot of them! What is dangerous for those who protect the figure. Sometimes, especially at the beginning of lunch and dinner, you will have to wait in line for meat dishes. Come an hour late and there are no queues.
5. Sea and pool. The sea is unique. The Red Sea is more salty than the usual seas. Therefore, who stings the skin after bathing, you need to wash off the salt in the shower on the beach. Entry into the water only on pontoons. But the beauty of the underwater world is indescribable! You can swim near the shore, but only in coral slippers. Very carefully because sea urchins sit in minks. Their injection is very unpleasant, even dangerous. So slippers are a must!
6. The pool is clean, but the water is cool compared to the sea. And chlorine, without which it is impossible! Sunbeds after 8-9 o'clock in the morning can not be found. The first day lay on the sand. Then they came early.
7. Local host tour operators offer many excursions. If you refuse, no problem! They will offer one or two for free. This is an overview of the city and a trip to Soho. Those wishing to visit Jerusalem and Bethlehem need to think carefully. Young people under 40 years old may not be missed by the Israelis.
