Emotions are overflowing. They couldn't even imagine worse. A restaurant is a dining room and it can hardly be called that. This is a sanatorium for the needy and undernourished. Our people, it feels like they have never seen in their lives, neither tangerine, nor vegetables, especially meat !! ! The lack of sanitation is complete: the dirty uniform of the attendants, one napkin per person, the tables were not wiped, but simply brushed off the remnants of food from previous visitors. Drinks are issued, you can’t call it otherwise, in disposable glasses, for which you stand in a kilometer-long queue. A Guide is a person who will solve all your problems and listen to them, but not in this hotel. Here the Guide (even 3 at the same time) at the first meeting sold his excursions and this was the end of his fate, on the day of departure that they had postponed the flight, respectively, and no one even reported the transfer from the hotel, and did not even bother that people with 12 noon and until 11 pm bending on the sofas, NO ONE was even interested, the tourists themselves found out all the information through their tour operators (they were not even at the hotel that day. Just awful! And who says it's budget, I don't think it costs 1100& for 2+1 child - 6 days?? ?
