Yes, the hotel is chic, huge, beautiful, well-groomed paths, palm trees, shrubs... but the fact that the Hotel is located on the first coastline does not mean that you are lucky to be in a room with a sea view, you can be accommodated in a room before which you need to walk (like on the Potemkin stairs)... and if at first you are still calm, then after several climbs for a day, it will not be fun. In order to change the room, we paid $10, and for the fact that they brought us suitcases, we directly demanded $5.

But when I wanted to close in the booth, the door did not close and was all dirty (it can be seen that the girl whose gasket needed to be replaced could not hold the door and carry out the replacement at the same time), she left prints on the door with her hands.
4. At 11 o'clock we had an appointment with the guide. When he told us about excursions for half an hour, a girl sitting next to me turned to me with a question. And then Hanni, as he was called, fell silent. And he said that he would not interfere with our conversation. After our apologies, he demanded that we get up and continue the story instead of him - he read us out like schoolgirls. This created some discomfort. After that, he handed out questionnaires and ordered that within an hour we had to hand them over to him to indicate whether we wanted to attend excursions with him, and if not with him, then for what reason.
5. Lunch. This is a complete pipets, and breakfast too. Sausage and cheese, which is impossible to eat. Salad which was served every half an hour, whoever did not have time was late. Macaroni in tomato sauce and cream. Rice "of different colors", vegetables (potatoes are often raw) 7 days in a row for breakfast scrambled eggs and a boiled egg... well, pancakes, too, which you can't always wait for. For dinner, the truth was always given chicken, beef and liver. Several times saury and fish with vegetables - you can live.
6. Tables are dirty, dishes were constantly missing - tea was made in disposable cups

9. Alcohol was poured from 12 o'clock, until that time the same alcohol was sold for $ 4 a bottle. During the day they could not pour, they say that everything was over. People made scandals. The staff behind the bar was rude, poured alcohol on people, one evening even wanted to beat one of the visitors for coming for 5 glasses of alcohol.
10. Complaints were sent, the manager was called, while he was there for two days, the hotel was calm. There was enough booze. Even at the reception, at lunch there was a snack in the form of sandwiches, donuts and pastries.

11. If you have a birthday and in other hotels you are congratulated, then in this hotel you yourself should arrange a holiday for yourself

Outcome. I can’t say that everything is very bad, there were positive moments, but choosing this hotel. Many times think whether you are ready for surprises. I don't want to stay at this hotel again and I won't recommend it to my friends.
