It's just tin!! ! My fury and indignation knew no bounds. I couldn't wait to finish my vacation in this terrible place. By the way, I want to say that I am not a beginner tourist, there is something to compare with.
- Room with BUGS! After the first night, she was bitten so much that she spent the entire rest on injections and antibiotics. After a request, and then insistent demands for a change of room, the manager said that there were no rooms available, and this is for a second the month of January, when the hotel is half wait. After the height of the scandal, the number was changed, but there was no longer any trust, and they asked us to process the number, for which they also began to demand money from us. And again, after the scandal, they brought us a spray for free, but we had to process it ourselves.
- bedding, towels - everything is in a terrible state;
- water is also a problem, they did not see hot water in the shower for a week;
- There is no drinking water in the room either.
Hotel managers HAM, no compensation, and no help from them. Negligence at the highest level.
