We arrived on vacation on January 19.2019. Departed from Boryspil without delay, everything is clear. We arrived late, at 10 o'clock we were at the hotel, but we were even fed.
Location is a big plus. The bay is windless, beautiful, there is no big height difference if you settle on the first line. I left the room and here it is immediately the sea. This pleasure costs 30 dollars at the reception, we directly give the administrator with wishes. Magic papers also saved us from waiting for a settlement. A minute later, the efficient porter was already dragging things into the room, like a small tractor. I needed a second floor and first line from the sea. Here in our building, these are even rooms on the 2nd floor from 1254-1280. We were in room 1276. The odd ones overlook the pool. There are two such buildings.
The reef sea is average, if you sail away to the left or to the right of the pontoon. The pontoon itself consists of two parts. One is all sloppy, the other half is normal.

Medium in length. It's uncomfortable, but you can get used to it.
Loungers are enough for everyone if there are few people in the hotel.
Bathroom is clean, tidy and everything works.
The room itself is clean in mosaic tiles, everything works, there is hot water. Good plasma TV, mirrors, safe, no scales, there is no kettle and coffee-tea in the room either (we took a small boiler and a thermos mug on the road, we don’t like their coffee, we take it from home), water in the hotel is free of charge and is not provided in bottles , only in glasses (we bought at the reception per day 1.5 liters for $ 1 or near the hotel 6 liters for $ 2), the lighting is dim, but it was in all the hotels in Egypt where I have been, so I think that this is how it was intended to save money, I guess. The balcony is large, the company is free to accommodate. There are two chairs and a table there.
Cleaning in the room, subject to a daily $ 1, is simply wonderful. No questions.
My advice to you is to take your pillows with you, the synthetic winterizer is not good for anything, the mattresses are not crushed, but hard, you get used to it on day 3. You wake up in a more rested state than when you sleep on a soft one. We decided to buy a firmer mattress. Duvet covers are not provided, only European-style sheets, but a set of bed linen taken from home folded this roughness.

The food is average. There is an experience of both chic and bad. Breakfast is modest, eggs, yogurts, cottage cheese, pastries, pancakes (you have to wait). Lunch and dinner are delicious and varied. Several side dishes, 2 types of meat, fish, fruits, pastries, tea, coffee, alcohol. Just good food, like in a regular home canteen. Husband liked it. The dishes are not a fountain, there are beaten ones, there are no plates with the names of dishes, the furniture is tired, there are no tablecloths. If you do not want to stand in line, come an hour and a half after the start of breakfast, lunch, dinner. There are no lines, nothing. Vipivka, like everywhere else, is terrible. You can drink brandy-Cola, beer. The reception bar serves an afternoon snack in the form of sweet rolls. They said to eat pizza on the beach, but we didn’t feel like eating between meals. Didn't even go there.
Every day the territory is treated from mosquitoes at 17-00. It is advisable to hide indoors for this time. In the presence of a fumirator and if after 16 you do not open the balcony door, you are provided with a peaceful sleep and the complete absence of mosquitoes in the room. Going out for a walk in the evening treated clothes and themselves with anti-mosquito products.
The staff is friendly, smiling. All day long something is tinder, sweeping and scrubbing. It can be clearly seen that there are few staff, but everyone gives their best. Say hello and thank them in Arabic and you will be happy and help in everything.
The territory is quite green, the pools are not heated, there are two lines, the first by the sea, the second on the hill.
The contingent of vacationers is young people up to 30, about 70 percent. There are almost no Italian citizens at an advanced age and very few Arabs, which is a definite plus for us, we love peace and quiet and fewer screaming children.
The price of the tour allows you to pay 30 dollars at check-in, a couple of dollars for a porter and a dollar a day for a cleaner. I haven't regretted a cent for a second. A lot of pluses, a good room, cleaning, a lot of positive.
The animation seems to be normal, but we did not participate in anything and did not go to events in the evening.
In general, the conclusion is this. The hotel is excellent for a budget, food is a solid four, private rooms are in good condition, the sea is wonderful. From the point of view of a drinking person, I can’t tell anything, due to a lack of interest in this issue
