Lots of text.
We arrived at the hotel with my husband on 02/04/2019.
I'll start with accommodation. We arrived at the hotel at 13:00, we were offered: either go eat or check in. We chose to move in. The number was given on the second line. Really far away from everywhere, but + in that it is quiet and separate pools with slides. Knowing that the number can be changed for an additional fee, we immediately changed to the first line for $20. This is more convenient because: the restaurant is close, the reception is close, the sea is close, the pool with sunbeds is close, there are no heaps of steps (as on the second line).
Number.

The room, to be honest, is not so hot, you can find fault with a lot of things if you don’t climb out of it and go there to drink. But, they didn’t demand money for cleaning, we left $ 1, or a pack of seeds, or a chocolate bar. Changed towels every day, clean, fresh. They always washed the floor in the bathroom. Toilet paper was brought daily. There were no problems with closing the balcony or doors. Everything worked. There were 2 single beds, we moved them together, it was very comfortable to sleep. Hairdryer, bidet, lamps, air conditioning, safe - everything worked. True, one of the many outlets was not working. The curtains were dirty and there was some rust on the ceiling in the bathroom. It was not convenient that the shower was stationary, but on the other hand, there is a bidet for the rest. Water, as elsewhere in Egypt, is iodized. Hair stood on end after washing) Liquid cute, there were glasses for toothbrushes. Shampoo, shower gel (if liquid soap is not suitable) you need to take with you. Personally, we washed with their soap, smelled very pleasantly afterwards. Well, it's an amateur.
Territory.
The hotel area is beautiful. Flowers, palm trees, grass, greenery. We called the local workers minions. Moreover, it is not an offense to them. In fact, they plow there, run, work and follow everything. We got so that one day there was a thunderstorm with rain. Rain there, not familiar to us, 5 minutes goes by, 10 minutes the sun, 5 minutes the wind, and so on in a circle. The minions were constantly washing all the tiles on the hotel grounds. They cleaned the pool, dried sunbeds, etc. With us, they changed the mattresses of the loungers for new ones and repaired the panton.
Sea.
The sea is extremely beautiful. The reef is awesome. Although they say that the reef itself is 90% dead, but we went on excursions and the hotel's reef was in no way inferior to the others we were taken to. True depth immediately 20 meters. My husband does not know how to swim, I was very worried about him, but with a mask, he swam there, just like me, for 20 minutes. Pantone. This is generally a separate issue. To be honest, with children and charming chubby or older people, it will not be convenient! Panton, 50 meters, and if there are waves, it’s rather uncomfortable to walk, as if it took a liter per capita. But he gets used to it. And on day 3 you walk calmly on it.
Nutrition.
We liked everything, the choice is large and everything is quite tasty, of course the food is not at home, but the dishes we are used to were with a bang! Sweets - overeat. Side dishes, salads - for every taste. Breakfast is so-so, but I didn’t expect more from breakfast, because in the morning, in principle, I can’t cram anything into myself. Water - plain, mineral water, sprite, cola, jupi, 3 types of different juices (it's like when there were: apple, mango, strawberry, orange... I don’t remember everyone).

Water is not provided in the rooms! It's written on the hotel website. But you can easily dial it in coolers, although it says that it is impossible. You can’t take food out of the canteen, but we also took out sweets, fruits, olives (in a backpack). There was no seafood. Fruit is enough. Oranges, dates, strawberries, guava, melon. The melon is green, but this is such a variety! It is very tasty and much tastier and juicier than those that are sold with us in the first months of the season.
Animation.
The girls tried, touted, but did not impose. And beach volleyball, and football, and exercises, and yoga, etc. etc. Every evening show program at 21.30. Belly dancing, fire show, guys with skirts, acrobats, ballancers, guess the tune. . . We only went to performances. The rest just didn't matter. But there were quite a few who wanted to.
About everything else.
There is wind on the beach. This is a minus, but it is warm, so there was no problem getting out of the water. Although the water in the sea is unrealistically warm. Sunbathing, we are near the pool, there is peace and quiet.
Music is not loud, different. Didn't bother or annoy at all. Both during the day and at night. The pools are all cold! People swam, many people, including children. We swam twice, both there and back.

I have read many comments about this hotel. And there she made a simple conclusion. 70% of people are trash. Why? I explain. Everyone thinks that someone owes them something. What? Why are they there required to know your native language? Whatever it is, Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian. They should not. They must know English! And if you do not own it, then this is your problem. If you shout about cockroaches (which I did not find there), in Russian and they do not understand you, it is logical that you will be shouted at in Arabic. Why don't you demand in America or France that you be spoken to in your language? I don't understand the logic. If the hotel has a rule "do not take food out of the restaurant, " think about why? Why, again, shout at the workers? Maybe this is so that you would not shit in the room and that living creatures would not settle there? Plastic cups are also a separate issue. Many shout fu. But why? This is again your safety and hygiene. And there will be nothing terrible if you take 3-4 glasses with you, and not 0.5 glasses, and break it with a bang, saying "it's not my fault, I won't pay. " Why are the rooms dirty? Yes, just not because they don’t clean it, but because people crap. Or is it the staff piercing the curtains, or the towels, or the bedspreads? Or wipes the blood on the bed? And she is very difficult to wash off. But the hotel is to blame, not the guests. Once again I was convinced that if you are boorish, the same is true of you. For example, everyone smiled at us and asked if everything was fine, if there were any problems, and if everything was in order in the room. They spoiled the mood, really not grateful tourists, who, instead of waiting for the manager, yelled with a good obscenity that they did not want to sell water, and slammed the door in a big way. Although the bartender just went for the key to the fridge....
The owner is Italian, but I did not see a special attitude. There were Italians, Arabs, Belarusians with children. Equally, everyone was given children's chairs and asked if everything was fine.
As for the beach towels.... Oh, those towels.... They're being stolen. But who? Staff? ) Of course not. Our guide from the anex tour explained to us. This is the so-called game. Someone lost, drank, ruined the towel. (Loss of card or towel - $10 upon check-out). And what will this tourist do? Will pay? Of course not! He will find the ownerless on the lounger, take it for himself and the cycle has begun! Until someone pays $10 for some asshole to steal a towel. Therefore, we decided not to tempt fate and always took them with us to the pontoon, which has a special box in which everything can be neatly folded. What many did.
Tours.
I will not write where we were and what we saw. But I will write one thing, the local guides of the hotel, who walk along the beach, can and should take excursions! They are official. And all exit permits are also done! Pregnant or sick people are not allowed to attend some excursions. According to this, we concluded that they are not chasing after every dollar and really take responsibility. By the way, they are Russian-speaking there. We took twice. Didn't regret it! Especially the walk to the island of Tiran. On the way back we swam into a school of dolphins. It was unreal cool!
Outcome. We liked the rest! Will we return here? With small children no, with adults yes! I can recommend this hotel to adequate people for whom the main thing is rest, and not playing the auditor; )
This is a solid 4. Don't count on more. Price quality.
Pros: Sea, food, location.
Of the minuses: cold pool, tired rooms.
