For $ 20 we were settled before the check-in time in a room a couple of steps from the beach (you can go straight from the balcony)))). The room is clean, the furniture is not new, but well-groomed and stylish, the bedding is new and clean. Large bed, comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom is also clean, hot water all day long. The pressure, however, is unstable, but personally it did not annoy me. The towels seem to be washed, but with old stains (we used our own). But I do not advise using soap at all (it dries the skin very much). The porter was polite, showed everything, told, did not demand money, but it was nice to thank. The admin was a little arrogant. The cleaner is also a polite, nice guy. They left a tip $ 1 perfectly cleaned, twisted beautiful figures from towels))) But the guide Timur was ridiculously actively frightened by the consequences of ordering excursions not from him. In general, this meeting itself is an hour of wasted time and zero benefit.
Food: tasty, satisfying. Not too varied, but given the cost of the tour, it is quite normal. And if other guests took away exactly as much as they are able to eat, then there would be no queues that they like to complain about, no shortage of certain dishes. But, alas, all the stories about Russian tourists are true). Dishes and cutlery, of course, the staff could wash a little better.
We bought water ourselves, but it is available at the beach bar, pool bar and restaurant. There are also juices, sodas, alcohol. I don’t drink all of this, but considering how many of them the other guests managed to drink, the drinks are quite tolerable. Tea in bags, only instant coffee, you need to buy brewed coffee, and it is so-so.

The pool is clean (it is vacuumed in the morning, disinfected in the evening), there is a “children's” depth, there is an “adult” one.
The quietest part of the hotel is the second line, but it's a 5-10 minute walk from the sea. But on the first line (at least in our room) it was not noisy.
The only significant negative: the pontoon. It is plastic and not stable enough. And on the last day of our vacation, it broke down due to a storm and they weren’t in a hurry to fix it. That's why I lowered my rating. The water area of ​ ​ the beach is very rich and diverse - snorkelers will be delighted.
RESULT: for your money the best choice on the FIRST line from the sea.
I can definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday. However, if you are going to look for cons, then you will certainly find them everywhere.
