We were settled in the uppermost buildings (2nd line), where from the entire infrastructure there was sometimes only water in the pool bar, but not always. For a glass of water you will have to go from the mountain under the scorching sun to the first line, then climb back up the mountain. By the way, in bars, yuppies are poured into large dirty canisters at night, so that in the morning this unfinished dregs can be poured back. In the main bar at the reception, the bartender simply removes iron plates from the machine for a set of drinks - in case you drink an extra glass. Water is not supplied to the rooms at all.
2. Rooms are very old and unkempt - old TV not working, hair dryer not working. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room that fly in through the ventilation in the bathroom, cockroaches and fleas. They asked to process the number - in response they said that there were no drugs. The water was very intermittent, so it was not always possible to brush your teeth and wash. The cleaner just broke into the room breaking down the door when you are relaxing and offered to do the cleaning for money. If you refuse, he vanishes to sign some piece of paper, such as refusal to clean. Batteries ran out in the safe, for the replacement of 4 batteries they asked for five dollars - they were sent from where they came from. There is no liquid soap, only two tiny pieces of some kind of laundry soap and three disposable shampoos were put on check-in. Everything! I have never seen such a "service".

3. Food is just a terrible attraction. People in the hotel are divided by nationality. For Europeans - a separate restaurant with a separate menu without queues. For Russian speakers - a separate canteen with plastic utensils (there is also a broken glass one, if you get it). You have to beg for boiled eggs - they are given one at a time, there are queues for everything. After standing in line for 15 minutes, we got a piece of bare bone without meat (I think it was a beef knee) and a tiny piece of chicken. Pancakes for the whole stay did not get even once. Queuing for potatoes. Tomatoes, cucumbers and fruits canteen workers take out in small dishes and run back to see how people pushing it instantly grab it in a second. The staff watches this and smiles. In fact, the dining room cannot cope with the load of 2 hotels (1st and 2nd lines), because the restaurant on the second line is closed. On the plus side - yoghurts for breakfast and acceptable red wine and beer. Many simply bought their own food at McDonald's in the city.
4. The territory of the hotel is green and well-groomed. The sea and the reef are very beautiful - a must see if you have a good vestibular apparatus and circus training and you can walk on a shaky plastic pontoon when the sea is rough
5. There is no free internet even at the reception.
6. Separate greetings to the hotel guide Bassem (tour operator Pegasus) - sold a ticket to the yacht at 10 am, promising to confirm the departure time the night before. In fact, nothing has been confirmed. In the morning, returning from breakfast at half past nine, we found a message that the bus had already left at 8 o'clock in the morning without us.
